THE DECKING AND CONCRETE WENT SMOOTHLY. HOWEVER THE MASONRY DETAIL NEEDED TO BE REDONE AT LEAST TWICE TO MEET WITH OUR EXPECTATIONS. THOUGH THEY WERE AMIABLE, IT WAS TOUGH TO GET THEM TO ADMIT THAT MISTAKES WERE MADE. ALSO THE LANGUAGE USED DURING THIS PROCESS WAS OFFENSIVE TO MY HISPANIC NEIGHBORS AS THEY HAD SMALL CHILDREN THAT COULD UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS BEING SAID.
Description of Work: WAS FOR MASONRY AND CONCRETE DECKING OF SWIMMING POOL. ALSO FOR REPLACEMENT OF CONCRETE THAT HAD TO BE CUT DUE TO PLUMBING WORK.

THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH A-1 PUMPING (AS FAR AS SEPTIC PUMPING GOES) WAS A VERY GOOD ONE, IT SEEMED TO BE A SMALL COMPANY RUN BY A GENTLEMAN WHO BROUGHT HIS YOUNG SON WITH HIM TO HELP HIM AND TO SHOW HIM THE ROPES OF THE BUSINESS, HE FOUND THE TANK QUICKLY, DUG THE YARD, AND PUMPED THE TANK QUICKLY AND REPLACED THE GRASS WHERE IT WAS AND LEFT, ALL IN ALL I WOULD SAY I HAD A DECENT EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: A-1 CAME OUT TO OUR HOUSE AND PUMPED OUT OUR SEPTIC TANK THAT IS IN OUR FRONT YARD OF THE HOUSE.
