ZANINI CUSTOM CABINETS

We contacted them numerous times. We went to their showroom 4 times & we had to contact them each time (even though Mrs Zanini said she would mail the proposal). There was never any follow up from them. Mr Zanini did come to our home & measured our kitchen &we got a proposal/contract dated 4-13-15 which was valid for 30 days. We told them we were interested but they have not responded. After getting the proposal, we waited 2 weeks & called them to ask for a 5 day notice before contractor would come out to review work to be done. They said okay but we have not heard from as of 5-26-15.

Overall, top notch. They were very helpful with selecting all the items and we were able to get a remnant countertop that was very nice for a reasonable price. I had very specific requirements for the vanity and the built-in because this was a remodel in process and we had to work with some non-standard measurements as well as building the cabinet into a bathroom closet. The deadline for delivery did slip a couple of weeks, but all things considered I was very happy with the work and the install.
