+ -1 moreThe lady I talked to when making the appointment was quite nice. Estimator did not show at 1 pm appointment. Office called at 1:30 to say he was sick. Appointment maker out of office; may she call back to make new appointment? I said yes. She never called back. Everyone has bad days. This was obviously one of theirs. I may consider giving them another chance eventually.
