water heater repair
+ -1 moreThey are great. It is a family owned business and they are a great company. The results are terrific. I was impressed with the efficiency and the knowledge the plumber that did the job. They got the job done in about 6 hours. The scheduling was very convenient for us and they checked back with us 2-3 times to make sure that they were not interfering with anything else going on.
Description of Work: They installed a new hot water heater.

+ -1 moreMy well and pump created a huge flood in my backyard. I scheduled an appointment for Welborn Brothers Plumbing to assess the problem. The appointment was scheduled for the afternoon of Friday, May 25. By Wednesday, May 30, I had not heard from the service provider. I called and was told they were "too busy". I scheduled a second appointment for Monday, June 4. Today is Saturday, June 9, and I have not heard from the service provider. This is unacceptable. I will not call them again.
Description of Work: No services were performed. The service provider failed to show up for two scheduled appointments.
