+ -1 moreFor $55 I couldn't get a better deal than Tenney, The guy told me things about my HVAC even I didn't know. He replaced the filter, left me spare, vacuumed, looked over the lubrication points and filled me up on coolant to boot. Thank you, Tenney Norquist!

+ -1 moreWe're looking on the list to interview contractors to replace our system. We won't be interviewing Norquist.
Description of Work: We have used Norquist for 25 years. We have finally got fed up with the incompetent doofuses they sent for our scheduled services. They would charge us about $250 to routinely check the ac's in the spring and change the filters. They stated that the ac's were ok. Just a month or two later (during two separate summers) they had to be called back because the ac's wouldn't cool ( for an extra charge of course). They were low on freon. It's obvious they didn't check the level of freon. To make matters worse, one of the people they sent kicked the condensation drainage pan our from under the ac unit in our attic. We discovered this when we noticed water dribbling down our walls below the ac unit.
