Took our money and never delivered firewood. Gave us two dates he would deliver on and never showed. Now we’re asking for our money back and he of course ignores our calls and texts. Lost $550 to this scammer. Do not trust him!!

Ordered wood 12/9/22 and paid via personal Venmo to his wife. Do not do this! Can’t get money back. It’s now 1/29/23 and no delivery , no reply to texts, emails or calls. FRAUD. $600 lost. I have reported him to better business bureau where he has an F rating. Next is small claims court.

On October 26, my husband venmo'd Steve for a full cord of wood. Over two months have passed and we are still waiting. He is not responding to phone calls or emails. It's disgraceful that he has determined that we have this money to waste.

Don't waste your time with a business that does not keep its promises. On their website it specifically says that they will contact you in 7 days and confirm your delivery date and in our case we are still waiting.
Description of Work: We contacted this business over three weeks ago, the weather was rainy so he did not deliver the wood we paid for. Then, it was Thanksgiving and although he gave us a direct cell number he was unavailable to deliver on two more occasions in between that time frame. As I write this I am appalled that the cord we ordered and paid for has not been delivered and not only that there has been no email or phone contact made by this business. The integrity of this business is questionable especially when they don't have a customer service representative that picks up the phone when you call instead you can only leave a voicemail message. What did the provider do? Nothing...yet!

This customer was contacted and asked to have a delivery after he returned from thanksgiving vacation. we have not heard from him as of yet that he is back and able to accept he delivery. also we are at the busiest time of our delivery season and we have a 3-4 week delivery time as stared on our website. customers need to n=be aware of that if they deliver during the busy time. this customer will recieve his firewood asap once he confirms his return.

Greatly disappointed. I ordered wood November 27, 2012, almost 12 weeks ago and I have still not received the delivery. I have exchanged many emails, left voice messages (and did not receive any call back) and all I get in return is excuses and broken promises of when the wood will be delivered. Excuses like 'Our delivery truck broke down Saturday' was the message I received on 12/13/12 and then weather permitting messages....come on, this is not rocket science, its firewood. At some point, enough is enough. I order this on line so they already have my money which I will be asking for a refund today. DO NOT order this on line, perhaps COD is best way to go so you are not left out in the cold, or better yet, don't use them at all

Worst experience I've had buying wood. Was told he'd deliver first thing on 10/20/12, but he no showed and didn't bother to call. Then was told he'd deliver between 8 and 12 on 10/27. He showed up at 4:30 with no call. Will NEVER order from him again.
