Mike was great. He explained everything to me. Sprayed the outside and inside of my house for bugs and black widows. He also applied some gel for ants inside the house. Very friendly and helpful. Would consider using this company in the future.

Gary was very good and knows the business. Very professional and a subject matter expert. Two thumbs up!

They were ok. There was no other charges other than the big deal purchase. They were courteous and offered to do pretty much what I asked them to do within the perimeters of the offer. On the negative side, I was surprised that they missed on the garage. But, neither of us had a conversation about it. So, it is not fair to entirely blame them.

These guys are super bad- stay away, I will tell you why. 1) the total cost is misleading, it works out to be $41.00 per month (don't believe me? try it out, you will see) 2) They make no attempt to be thorough. Just sprayed in front yard. They call and tell leave a message the nigt before saying when they will be out there- if you cant make it.. OH WELL, looks like I just have to do the front ard because nobody can let me in! ahhh shoot!- that's the scam. 3) Billing got my records wrong three times! I had to call and ask them to fix it- (I wonder how many don't call). I am a VERY cool/calm guy-- these guys are lazy, and don't believe in what they are doing.. MOVE ON- you may get luckier with them than I did, or you may NOT.. why chance it?

They were very good. They were prompt, they were on time and they did the job.

The provider was on time and worked around our schedule. The service was performed inside and outside the house. My concerns are that the spraying was for one pest, ants. Adding more pests costs more money, roaches, fleas, etc. Also, I expected the eves of the house to be dusted and they were not. It was simply a spraying or treatment of the house. I have one more treatment due next month and at that time we will decide if we wish to continue with professional pest control.

Went well. Very helpful and was sure the pets stayed inside until all completed. Answered all my questions and gave me quotes for future service. Options. Performed service in a timely manner and apologized for slow response due to loss of personnel. Understood. He as boss was filling in until replaced hire. Commendable

Last year my dog was miserable because he was filled with fleas. I tried many over the counter sprays and shampoos but I couldn't get rid of them. Also we had an ant and spider problem outside that was beginning to become a problem inside. We had also noticed that the fleas were showing up in our carpet, so we hired step Aside. They are courteous and were willing to come back any time we noticed new infestations. After the first month, the fleas, spiders and ants have disappeared. My dog is happy and sleeps much better now that the itching is gone. They continue to come every other month and are happy to work around our schedule. I highly recommend them.

.They arrived on time and were very professional. Did the job as expected. Explained what they were going to do in simple terms and suggested some options for future services. There was no sales talk of any sort which is what impressed me. I will use them again in the future.

We have been using Step A Side pest control for a long time, we do not have a pest problem anymore. We have small grandkids who love to play in our backyard. I was very concerned about them getting bitten by a bug but now that we have Step a Side i no longer worry!!!! Great company!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think they were good. The salesman that took care of me was very nice. They said they could get rid of carpet beatles. They went out of their way to work hard about getting rid of the bugs. I switched because I had another company promise to get rid of the snails.

I have been using them for the past two years. They did a very good job. One technician comes out to do the work and it usually takes 30 minutes to apply the treatments.They take care of any issues right away. I am satisfied with results.

All went well. They showed up as promised and did the inspection.

I like what they do. They are a local company. They do everything from termite inspection to pest control services and so on. They are licensed, bonded, and insured too. I guess it's a chain because there is a 1-800 number you can call so I guess they are in the area. We are on a bi-monthly service so we pay $60.00 every other month. They do an initial service. If you want, they will spray indoors as well and include it in the price, but we decided not to. We were having some problems with some bugs and it has pretty much eradicated the problem. They come out every other month and spray the outside premises as well as take all the cobwebs on the outside down. In California we do have black widows so we try to eradicate that. Step Aside is very thorough and very good. I have got them on a regular payment. In fact, there are right now only about 12 homes in the section we live in and the guy is servicing I think 8 of the homes already. There are going to be 80 homes eventually in the section we live in. Right now we have only 12 and we know every single neighbor on the street.
