Description of Work: Put a new roof on our home. Completed job in week or so. Was on time every day from removal of old shake roof to completion of new roof. Cleaned up the work area every day, did not have to look at a mess.

Description of Work: We got an estimate from them and they did an assessment.

Description of Work: I had approximately 6 estimates for my roofing job and each time I let the companies know that I had other people coming out to give me estimates. No other company down graded the other ones until Tom Jackson came to my house. First, he was late to the appointment which was scheduled for between 9-10 am. He showed up at 11 am with the excuse that a.) he thought the appointment was any time after 9 am and b.) he was late because he was giving an estimate on a million dollar government contract for the firehouse. Numerous times he talked about all the million dollar government contracts he had coming up and then almost begrudgingly he added that they still took care of "us" small home owners. He made numerous down grading remarks about the other contractors. His main concern was what color I wanted my tile to be... he hadn't even gotten the job yet not given me an estimate but wanted me to decide right there on the spot about the color. His manor was very pompous and arrogant and I was very put off by him and decided on the spot that regardless of what his bid, he was not going to be doing my roof. There was never an apology for being late- just excuses and self serving aloofness over his million dollar government contracts. He needs to go back to school and learn some tact and how to handle the public ... especially us small home owners if he wants our business and quit looking down his nose at us... those million dollar contracts are not going to last if more cities in this area declare bankrupt.

Description of Work: The company, Skylines Roofing, quoted, stripped the old roof, and installed a new one in 3 days, from start to finish. They competely cleaned up my property so you could not tell that anything had fallen from the roof. I could not be happier and I would recommend these people to anyone looking for roof replacement work.

Description of Work: Removed 30 year old cedar shakes, removed all supporting materials, reinstalled new composition shingles over a radiant barrier to comply with 'cool roof' standards. Installed 'snow roof' on the flat roof portion of the house. Installed skylight tubes.
