Description of Work: Installed hard wood on the main floor, but the glue used leaked through the floor boards and took months to clean of the floor and walls. The carpeting on the stairs and bedrooms is nice. The project took over twice as long as they estimated. Some of the tile in the bathrooms is uneven.

+ 1 moreIt went twice as long as expected. It was a large job with about 4000 sq feet of new flooring, carpet, and ceramic installed. The installers seemed to get a little slow at the end. However, if we did not like how they did their work or had a concern, they immediately addressed and fixed it. For example, if a floor board or base board was crooked, they would remove and reinstall a new one. Brian was very thorough and rechecked the installers work several times. Because the project took so long, they gave us 2 wool rugs for free.
Description of Work: Installed hard wood flooring throughout the main floor, which was a little over 1800 sq ft. Installed ceramic tile in 4 bathrooms. Installed new carpet on stairs and 4 bedrooms. removed old baseboards and installed 5 inch base boards.
