 + -1 moreThey did a great job, my carpets look fantastic! and they brought flowers! A bit expensive, time will tell if it was worth it. I did have a bunch of spots that seemed to have come out, we'll see if they come back anytime soon.

 + 0 moreI made an error in the services I thought this business provides. I thought they provided house cleaning services when in fact they are a floor cleaning service. Luke showed up at our door, identified himself, and immediately put on shoe covering. That is a very thoughtful practice and very much appreciated. When I explained what services I wanted he advised me that house cleaning services is not part of their services. I had already made arrangements to get our carpets cleaned by another company. Luke was very polite. I apologized for my error and the waste of his time.
