communication with the owner was terrible----it took forever--he finally returned my call and did the work

He responded by phone and said he would be out the next day to provide an estimate but he never showed up or called back again.

It's not Rome, but it was built in a day. Sam called the day before the job was to be done, and called again the next day to tell me the workmen were on their way. The 3-man crew started immediately on arrival, timed their work to fit needs of next-door neighbor, and finished by 4 pm. They cleaned up everything and hauled away the trash. We truly believe we got a bargain in terms of the price, the quality of the work and the professionalism of the workers.

I don't blame Sam for not returning to the "F" reviewer's property for the work. Anyone who writes "I have this problem all the time with these so called 'professionals'. If I can get them to come out, I can't seem to get them to return my calls or get the work done" probably has some issues besides just bad fence posts that need to be addressed. Sam was smart to stay away... By the way, "April Fools" on having work done by Sam. I don't live anywhere near there!

We had a fence installed approximately 5 years ago and several of the fence posts had broken below ground. Sam came and looked at them and said that they weren't sunk far enough down into the ground like they should have been. He said that he had to go to the lumbar yard for another customer and would price out the posts for me and get back to me later that day or the next. I never heard from Sam again. I called him the following day and left a message and then did a follow up call the next week and left a second message. Sam never returned my calls. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I just needed 3 fence posts replaced and he couldn't manage to call me back or do the work. I don't know if it was too little of a job for him, but I still needed the work done no matter what size of a job it was for him. I have this problem all the time with these so called "professionals". If I can get them to come out, I can't seem to get them to return my calls or get the work done.

Sam was very responsive. Always returned my phone calls within a day or two at most. He is a busy man so we had to wait a little longer then we wanted to have the fence replaced. BUT, he kept me informed and it was well worth the wait. He and a team of two others completed the work quickly and the fence looks great. They left the yard cleaner, neater then when they came. I would recommend to a friend for sure. Thanks for the great work and professionalism that was displayed

Sam was very responsive. He came out within a day and gave us the estimate and had the job done that following week. They did a decent job. They forgot to put some nails in one of the panels, but it was a quick fix on my part. It only took them about 2.5 hours from start to finish. I'm not great with pricing and I thought the price was good at the time, but I talked to a friend who had done fencing in the past and he said the price was a bit high for what they had to do. Likewise, they used some of my materials (I had posts). They really didn't have to provide much materials outside of the frame and nails and so it probably was priced a bit high. They were okay though. He does more than fencing, like haul away and such and so I may use him again.

After playing a bit of phone tag Mr. Farias showed up on time for our estimate. He was gave a lot of information and was a funny guy. He gave us a good estimate for $1180 . We almost went with this contractor but the other contractor offered more for a little less money. I cannot speak to the quality of work. But Mr Farias was a very nice man.
