Excellent work and customer service service

I decided not to have the stump removed. I rec'd a number of quotes from various tree services and this was the least expensive.

Based on their AL rating, we contacted this company to perform tree service on our property. They came out a few days later and gave us an estimate, which we agreed to. However, the company refused to commit to a date for service--or even a date by which they would commit to a date. About a week later, we contacted their office to determine when they might be coming. The office manager was downright rude and said she did not know. We confirmed that they had our contract in their possession, but she said she would find out when they would come and call us back. It is now twelve days since that last conversation. Bottom line: terrible service, rudeness, and a waste of our time.

Rumble Tree and Turf was a very pleasant company to work with. From the initial consultation and evaluation of the trees to the final cleanup, all aspects of the job were handled professionally. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable, and even though we had to reschedule the job due to rain and flooding, they were very accomodating. I have no doubt we will be using Rumble Tree in the furure.

THE CREW CAME ON TIME, WORKED HARD AND EFFECIENTLY FOR ABOUT 5-6 HOURS TO COMPLETION OF JOB, A CREW OF ABOUT 5 PEOPLE, EACH ONE OF THEM WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS AND ACCOMMODATING, AS WELL AS KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY NOTIFIED ME THAT IF THEY GROUND SOME OF THE ROOTS THAT THEY MIGHT HIT SPRINKLER LINES TO THE DEEP WATERING OF THE OLD TREES. I MADE THE DECISION FOR THEM TO PROCEED AND SOME OF THE LINES WERE CUT. THEY CLEANED UP THE YARD BEFORE THEY LEFT. I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. IT WAS REFRESHING TO ACTUALLY HAVE WORK DONE THAT WENT AS PLANNED WITH NO PROBLEMS! THE ONLY SUGGESTIONS I WOULD HAVE IS THAT THE COMPANY MAKE A REMINDER CALL THE DAY BEFORE TO CLARIFY WITH THE OWNER THE TIME OF ARRIVAL AND THAT THEY REMEMBERED THE DAY OF THE WORK SCHEDULED. ALSO, I HAD SOME DIFFICULTY COMMUNICATING WITH SOME OF THE CREW ABOUT THE CLAY/HARDPAN GROUND CONDITIONS THAT NEEDED ADDITIVES WHEN PLANTING THE NEW TREES, BUT THESE ITEMS WERE MINOR. THIS IS AN A+ SERVICE
