+ -1 moreIn one treatment Proper Pest Care (PPC) fixed an ant problem that Terminix had ineffectively been working on for 9 months. Lisa from PPC is very knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to educate us on the changes we needed to make so our yard is less ant friendly. The only way I would quit Proper Pest Care is if we move someday or they are bought out by Terminex.
Description of Work: Huge ant problem remediated by Proper Pest Care.

Description of Work: WE had a pest inspection for a loan. Work was completed, done professionally. The inspector but items in that needed to be repaired however these items did not have anything to do with PESTS. The report delayed our loan until we had report fixed. It took up to a month to have report fixed

+ -1 moreThey are fine and they do a good job. I don't have anything negative to say about them. They turn up every time and they are here on time. Their price, quality, responsiveness and professionalism are all good.

+ -1 moreThey didn't seem to have any problems doing the work. I've had other people come out who didn't really want to do certain aspects of the work. These people didn't have problems going into the crawl space. The guy knew what he was doing when he came out to the house. He already knew what to look for. They send the same people out who have been here before, so they can know how the situation is coming along. They came back out when I asked them to.
