+ 1 moreOwner is totally rude. He will talk behind your back to people. Slow in getting things done and makes excuses. All about money and NOT customer relations. I would find others even if they cost more.

Description of Work: I loved this place . They do excellent work. My Car has always return as good as new. Then this last time I went in, somehow missed a voice mail from the Mechanic telling me my car was done at 16:04 hrs so when I called them at 16:20 hr I was told there was NO ONE WILLING to come and pick me up so I would have MY ONLY CAR until sometime after 07:00 Hr tomorrow morning ( before trying to make it to work on time, for me to go back down there to settle my account (for the LAST time). I can only think since they took 6 hour to do an oil change (for which they sent me a reminder) that they really have plenty of work to and do not need to go out of their way on customer relations So it would appear if you do not mine being treated like dirt and want good work on your car done --- this is the place-but you may end waiting an extra day.
