Performance Electrical, is without a doubt, the WORST company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. For starters, after four tries at fixing a toilet and bringing the wrong part with them each time, claiming they can't find the right one, they will not return my repeated phone calls to come back for a FIFTH TIME and fix the d*** thing. This has been going on for OVER A MONTH NOW. By the way, I did a quick Google search and found the right part at multiple places, including Amazon. They even took the old tank part with them and have not returned it. As an added bonus, they left the disassembled toilet components all over my bathroom floor, rendering the place useless. On the one occasion when I did get through, their dispatcher 'Jeff' told me that they are doing the home insurance company a favor by coming out here, as they lose money due to the travel distance...yeah, sure. Even their answering machine is unintelligible. Press ??? for ???, etc. PLUS, they will NOT accept messages during non business hours!!! Working with this outfit has been the most aggravating experience of my life. I can only hope that they are out of business soon, so others will be spared. THIS IS ONE BUSINESS THAT WILL DEFINITELY GIVE YOU THE BUSINESS ALL RIGHT.
