He arrived on time, was courteous and professional. He asked questions and checked all possibilities. He determined that he could replace the shut-off valve while he was here, because he had the right part in his truck. All done in 30 minutes! No more leaks.

I called on a Sunday (11.13.16). I had originally called AHS and they were supposed to send out a plumber, but had 24-48 hours to do so. I then called Noble to see if they could come out earlier since I couldn't even flush my toilet. I talked to Jon. He first quoted me $99 and then dropped it down to $75. I told him great and he scheduled James to come out in two hours. James came out and called Jon and told me the price was going to be $115. I was like really? Since my service call for AHS would have been $125, I told James that I was willing to pay that as long as they get the job done ASAP. James snaked the main line. It was nasty I agree. He then packed up the van and told me he was done. I went to the bathroom and still could not flush the toilet. I called Jon and was basically told to talk to James. James had to go back to the alley and re-snake the main line. My toilet now flushed, but the bathtub and shower were draining very slowly. James tells me that he did not have the right snake for tub/shower and if he went to go get it it would be $40 more. I am like really? I just got charged $40 more than the quoted price before the job got started. James got out a snake he had in the van and attempted to unclog the tub. It did not work. James made a horrible mess in the bathroom. Not at any time did he recommend I remove my toiletry items from around the tub. When I went into the bathroom all my toiletry items were covered in black liquid. It was disgusting. James could not get the tub/shower to drain properly. James told me that he hated to leave me with the slow-draining tub and shower and that he would be back the next day with the proper snake and there would be no charge. From that day to this I have not heard from Jon or James. They did cash my check though. I am very disappointed in how they left me and my plumbing. James repeatedly left the back gate open and my dogs got out. There was no apology. There was also no apology for the mess he made in the bathroom or the splattering he did on my toiletry items.

Everything went as expected. Jon and James were very friendly and professional.

He was very professional and friendly. He installed the water softener at a fair price and would call again for other plumbing needs.

Jon came out late Friday night and stopped the water leak from doing any further damage at no cost. He then explained in detail what the repair will be and how he would go about repairing it. He did a excellent job of expalaining his cost and the job. He explained the importance of how certain materials were better than others. I had one other estimate from another plumber that came out before him and left me with an estimate and leak still leaking. The other plumbers estimate was cheaper but didn't explain in detail what needed to be done. I felt more comfortable with Noble Plumbing and felt Jon had way more experience and knowledge of what need to be done. Noble was back out first thing in the morning to start the repair. They did a really good job to protect the area he worked in from causing any damage and cleaned up his mess very well. He even cleaned an area he didn't work in. I was really impressed with how professional Jon and his workers were. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needed plumbing work done.

I had no hot water and called a few plumbers out to give an estimate. Two of the three I contacted were booked out for about a week. Jonathan from Noble Plumbing was able to come out the same day I called him. His quality of work is excellent and the least expensive. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of plumbing done. Very professional and punctual guy who responds right away.
