We called them because we had a leak. They garunteed a free estimate and said nothing would be done unless we said yeah go ahead. I guess the guy thought tightening a screw was such an easy fix he would just go ahead and do it. And then charge us 65 dollar service fee when we never even were told what he was doing. I find this a very shady way to do business and I will be letting my friends know of this. I could have tightened that screw myself. We thought it was something serious. Makes me not want to ask for help anymore.

They were very knowledgeable and took care of my repair in record time. Speaking of time they were even earlier than expected so I didn't have to give up half a day waiting on a plumber.
