They did a good job cleaning my carpets, but they were very late in arriving. He called and said he would be here in 30 minutes, but then did not arrive for about an hour and a half.

They did a good job, there was no chemical smell after they were done. The carpets were very clean. Make sure you confirm the hours, there was miscommunication with the time scheduled. I thought we agreed on 1 pm, when they were not there I called them and they said 3pm, but they could show up by 1:30pm.

the carpets were poorly cleaned. 2 days later the stains were back. I cleaned them myself and they have yet to resurface. their cleaning hose damaged an $8000. painting when the operator hit it while cleaner the carpet next to the wall where it was hanging. will never, ever use this company again

Well He was running behind in schedule but he called to say he was running late. so that was fine ,He did a great job and very nice ,answered all our Questions!! and the Price even better, He cleaned A family Rm,entry way, small bedroom, stairs, Bonus Room, hall way, Master Bedroom, 2 couches 1 recliner chair, 1 area rug about 7'x9' all in about 3 to 3 1/2 hours and all was dry in about 4 to 5 hours!!! We will use this company again !!!

i have used this company several times before this. my technician oswaldo was excellent. he was prompt, friendly and thorough. He had previously been to our home, so he was familiar with my expectations. he was very friendly and told my husband and myself that it was his 20 year anniversary and about the surprise trip he had planned for his wife. ( he was leaving the same day as our service) this was very sweet. i will continue to use Millenium carpet cleaning and I will ask for Oswaldo to perform my service in the future
