It was really positive. They were very responsive and efficient. They did a really good job. They were certainly professional. They were extremely responsive and efficient. There was no lapse in their work. The person that actually did the flooring did a really good job.

Installation was very sloppy with numerous flaws. Subcontractor was not willing to admit to mistakes. After two weeks of negotiation Lowe's agreed to a full refund. We did not want the installer coming back in to take out the counter top. We hired a local contractor who did the demolition and installed new counter tops to our complete satisfaction. This contractor has done over a half dozen do overs of Lowe's installation in recent months. Lowe's admitted that the local store had recurring problems with their sub contractor but upper management wanted to retain him.

The quality of work was exceptional. They had good communication and left no mess. The entire process was first rate.

They are not bad, but they are not perfect. They have pretty much everything that we need and it is right there. We can get in, call them and fix whatever we want.

Everything went so smoothly. We bought the more expensive refrigerator because it would fit into this space we had. It was a high capacity unit but it was smaller, all because of the way the insulation was designed. It cost a bit more, but it was fine and I like everything about the refrigerator.

The thing I like about them is that they have a lot of Energy Star appliance products. Their website promotes that, which I like because they're better for the environment. Their prices and service are good as well.

THE PEOPLE AT LOWES HELPED US WITH CHOOSING THE BEST FAUCETS FOR OUR SHOWER AND OUR SINK. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND INEXPENSIVE, WE FOUND EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED.
