the repair was excellently done. Jon took the time to fit my repair in before the rainy season even though he already had a full work load. I'm very impressed with the cost and scope of repair and would use Jon again, and refer him confidently!

Jon and his crew were completely wonderful. I'd seen his work in my neighborhood, and asked him to come by for an estimate. He arrived within 20 minutes to take measurements. After Jon took the measurements, my roof began to leak due to incorrect chimney flashing from the prior roofer. I called Jon for help, and he arrived at 7:30 Saturday morning during a rainstorm. He fixed the problem and declined payment. Within 2 days, I had his estimate, including product brochures, references, and a list of cost options. Unbelievably, Jon advised me to get additional references, as this was all new to me. I tried and failed to find anyone nearing his level of professionalism. He and his crew arrived exactly as promised, did a wonderful job, and left the yard cleaner than when they arrived. They finished so quickly I couldn't believe it. Additionally, on his own time and with his own materials, Jon built door ramps for my elderly dog. He and his crew are a dream to work with, and worth every cent I paid. If he had charged me more, I would still be happy.
