The Honey's Air crew arrived on time and was completely professional throughout the installation. During every step of the way the man who oversaw the crew told us what to expect and how installation would proceed. He was also prompt in reporting back to us that PG&E had approved the rebate. The installation went smoothly, with two men doing the physical installation of the new equipment. The old equipment was loaded into the truck and taken away at the end of the first day. When they left the first day, the work area was cleaned up. Full description of the working of the thermostat, filter requirements, and annual check-ups were performed by the crew. As part of the PG&E rebate requirements, another company came later to do a "quality assurance" check. At this time the crew chief and one of the installers from Honey's Air also arrived to ensure the inspection went as planned. All three of these men were conducting the check for roughly three hours. A small gas leak was found close to the furnace unit and Honey's Air sent a technician out within two hours to repair the leak. All in all we are quite happy with the service and follow-up Honey's Air provided.

It went very well. They are very modern, clean, and did a good job.

My experience with them was excellent. They did an excellent job, I can't say anything better about them. They are absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend them.

I called first thing in the morning knowing that it was going to be hard to try to get a same-day appointment since it's summer time. However the lady that I talked to on the phone was extremely rude- treating me like I broke the ac on purpose and it was just inconvenient that I called. Then she decided that she was going to call me back at about 1030 so 2 1/2 hours later, And make me repeat what my AC was doing. At 11:30 she called back and said that the day was just too busy and that she probably wasn't going to be able to work me in. I told her if she would've told me that first thing in the morning I could've called someone else but now that it was so late no one would probably be able to get me an appt. An hour later a different woman called and asked again what my problem was with AC, and told me that she was going to make an appointment and that someone would be able to come out between the next hour to four hours. Woo hoo, within 45 min I got a call from the tech saying he was on his way- it took him maybe 30 min from start to finish and my 1yr old and I were 'chillin'!!

It didn't cost anything because it was under warranty, we had installed a new heating and air conditioning unit last February. How soon can we get there was basically their question. They are extremely neat and clean, and very conscientious. In our case, we had not only have a new unit installed, they did a complete energy on our house and they had hopes of getting a thousand dollars PG&E rebate and they got $1500. They wear the booties, they check everything, make sure everything stays clean and is replaced exactly the way it was. Most of the work is on the roof so it's not a big problem but if they have to come, they came and did energy audits on all the duct work so every duct work was sealed and unsealed. They've been in business for a number of years and they are extremely knowledgeable and we dealt with about 9 people over the 2 months and they were all extremely knowledgeable. There were 9 people off and on in their company that did my work. I interviewed 3 companies and we chose them because of the quality of their ratings that we were getting through Better Business Bureau and we have several other friends who recommended them so we felt they came well recommended. With the rebate, they came in below anyone else of the 3 major companies. They gave us a good product that is top of the line.

I had Honeys Air come to check out my A/C Unit. They went up on the roof to inspect it and came down and told me my Unit was bad. They said my heat exchanger was cracked and it was leaking carbon monoxide in to the house and we could die. They quoted us a new unit for $7000. When I got some second opinions, the thing was never even opened up to look. So they'd never actually checked it and there was nothing wrong with the unit. First of all they're supposed to do a service, which didn't happen. I did call the owner who wanted to come out and inspect it again but I said no. And they did refund me the money.

I have worked with them 2-3 times and I am very satisfied with them. They are no better, no worse than anybody. I would recommend them.

WENT GOOD FINISHED SAME DAY AS PROMISED 1 DAY INSTALL

They exchanged a "Control Board" on my heating unit, and when I asked to see the old part, it had a blown fuse on it. When I asked the tech about the fuse, he said that he probably blew it when he was testing circuits. Maybe if he was testing the circuits with a "Hammer". Live and learn!

I would recommend them. They gave me a good offer and sold me all the equipment I needed. It was a very good price for the job.
