The quote was $5,000 which was way too much. There was just something about the guy that came out for the estimate that made me not want to deal with the company. He also gave me a reference to a gardener that just came over and took my money. This was the second person I had come out for the heater and air conditioner. The responsiveness was very good. If there was another person that came out to present the job to me, I probably would go with them.

I had a phenomenally good experience. It was great. They were professional. Everybody was excellent. They knew what they're doing. They're clean. It was very good. The checkup was free. I've recommended them a dozen of times over the last year and a half. I will continue to do so. It was notably great service. It was very professionally delivered. They're on time and fast. The price was fine.

The company was great. The meter was not placed where we wanted it.Mid refused to listen to where we wanted it. So the meter is an eyesore on the front of our house.That was not the Honey's air fault. Good people to deal with.

They replaced our old central air / central heat system. They installed a new air conditioner and heater. We live in a two story house, so they also installed a two zone thermostat which made a world of difference. Honeys Air has great products, great service and good people working there. Great! The techs are considerate and knowledgeable. I never feel like they are rushed to get the job done. The office support gets the techs out as quickly as needed and are also pleasant to talk with. Unit currently needs a coil replaced. Unit still under a 10 year warranty, thank goodness! I'm expecting the same excellent service as in the past. No reason not to!

I called Honey Air so they could check out my air conditioner as it was giving me problems. We made an appointment and they were here on time and I was called the day before reminding me of the appointment and the day of the appointment I received a call the technician was on the way. We met and I told him the issues we were having with Air conditioner. After he he heard the problems we were having,he said he would do some testing as well as checking it out. After a very detailed check was done he told me the problem and what it would cost to fix it. The technician also informed me that when the the a.c was initially installed it was meant for a smaller square footage house. (My house is 12 years old and I purchased it new.)This meant ,more than likely, I would be having more issues with my a.c so I made the decision to have the unit replaced with an a.c. that would be large enough to cool my house! I have been very pleased with the Honey Air service, I have found them to be professional, honest, timely and they they are prompt in returning calls. I am very pleased with their service that I also signed up for on going service on the a.c. I give them a high score because they are deserving of that score! I have recommended Honey Air to friends and family because they are trustworthy!

They were great and we loved them and we even referred them to some friends. They were always on time. They were in uniform. They were professional. They were safe.

It took a day and a half for the work to get done. The crew was on time everyday and polite. They had to cut a larger opening in the ceiling to get the new furnace in the attic - we knew that ahead of time. However, after the job was finished, the installer seemed to be in a rush to get out. He barely went over the high tech, expensive thermostat we bought. He said he usually didn't go over those, and for me to look at the manual! He told me they have a carpenter to fix the ceiling, and that he usually came out the same day, but was busy. He said I would get a call and the guy would be out in a day or so. Four business days passed, and not one word. In the mean time, I noticed a loud clanking. I called them, and they sent some one out, and finally contacted the carpener. No apologies, nothing. If I had not contacted them, I would have never gotten that thing fixed. The carpenter did a great job. The clanging was because they had not installed the intake correctly! For 15,000 dollars, I expect better. Seriously.

Due to my own fault, I mixed up the start date. They showed up one week early. I did not expect them and asked them to return the next week. They were polite and professional and understood the confusion. They left without a problem and returned promptly the following week. The sales person that came out worked with me to pick out the right unit for my needs and help me obtain a payment plan that would fit my situation. All the work was done completely outside the house. The unit was custom fitted to my roof and all aspects of the function of the unit were checked. It is seldom that I meet such an organization that you feel is worth every penny that was spent. This is one of them.

!running a full .Well, it took an hour or so to inspect the unit. Upon completion, he invited me outside, and pointed out an area on my unit that might be leaking freon. He showed me the valve at base of unit, where he had a meter hooked in place. It seemed to show a very slight leak on the guage? So, he tightened the valve, hoping that it might take care of the leakage situation. Everything else seemed to be in good working order. He spent another 1/2 hour or so, adding the freon as he watched his hand held temperature guage begin to show the temperature slowly dropping. He made sure the temperature was at a comfortable 56 degree reading. Before leaving, he tried persuading me to sign up for their yearly tuneup plan. I however chose not to, because of the cost ! After discussing the possibility of perhaps performing a complete leak inspection, so I would be completely satisfied that there were no leaks, he told me it would take over 4 hours, and cost over $900.00. (Wow!!) Needless to say, that seemed to me, a bit ridiculous! ough this My overall evaluation of the service provided, was less than what I had expected. I 'm still not satisfied, as to whether or not the leak has been taken care of. I guess I'll have to wait til next year, to see if my unit cools off the house, and shows no loss of coolant ! I just hope it gets me through this summer !

Very professional. Found problem with old system instalation that would have caused problems and corrected it at no additional charge.

Good diagnostic and clarity on options. We chose to forego doing all the options at this time. But will use them in the future when the occasion arises.

We had used Honey's to service our old unit and then again when it needed replacement. They are very professional and responsive. I have no complaints. The service techs and estimators always have shown up on time, as scheduled. I was expecting that the new install would take longer than it did, but it took only half a day for the installers to remove the old unit from the roof and get the new one in. That included crawling through and repairing ductwork, plus testing the airflow. Also, a crane was needed to lift the old unit down and swing the new unit up. Honey's also took care of getting the city permit and scheduling the inspection. The city inspector indicated that Honey's always does quality work. Honey's is not cheap, but they do quality work, and I felt confident that my money was well spent.

Installers were very professional and careful about leaving their work areas clean. Techs were patient explaining their plans and making sure we understood the process and how to use the new, wireless thermostat.

This was a professional and pleasant experience from beginning to end. It began with a service call to fix the old furnace. At which time the technician informed us of something we had been fearing for some time, we had a problem with the motor itself. He explained the repair in detail and let us know how much it would cost. We told him not to move forward, we had a decision to make. Based on some inquires and the professionalism of the tech we asked Honey's to come give us a bid on a new furnace. The tech came with the sales guy,- low impact- we decide to go all in and replace both furnace and air conditioner. Every step of the process was handled with professionalism and with respect for us and our home. Honey's made sure we got all our rebates, inspections, and paperwork done and filed where each piece needed to be. I would have Honey's work on our home again any time. I just wish they did kitchens!

They were excellent in the installing process and have returned to service and on one occasion repair the the condenser. They have been prompt, professional and I am very satisfied with their work.

Pre-contract / Sales Team The Honeys sales representative / Diana Trevino, very competent product - installation knowledgeable, she has clearly been in the trade for many years and can answer most if not all technical issues if so raised, a testament to a professional approach rather than a sales speak person. Answers questions directly and authoritatively, clearly based on experience, no sales speak, what Diana doesn't know, she calls on her experts and then does know the answer. Clearly she has been in the trade for a considerable period of time and is able to withstand even the most technical tests of knowledge on the systems and product lines in the market as well installation procedures and regulatory compliance. On the cost issue of the system as every customer seeks the biggest bang possible for their expenditure, Diana does try hard to meet this realistically advising where budget adjusts will afford what service and equipment so the customer has a options to be considered as any good representative would so do. As my Q&A and budget issues were resolved, Honeys were appointed to undertake the project. Contract period / Installation Team Honeys team that carried out the installation work were on time and to schedule a 3 man crew, tidy, helpful and professional and very personable to deal with, no agitated or impatient contractor responses, just effective and amiable throughout the job. The team prepped the space well to avoid any mess and protected any items that might get dusty or possible in the way. During the work care and attention was paid the decorative fabric to not cause any undue redecoration's works. Many contracting teams might over look this important aspect but the Honeys crew were well organised practiced in this art. The Works spaces being very restrictive to operate in, floor crawl space and loft space and furnace cupboard, they did well to overcome certain site imposed limitations and execute the works to a high standard. The team were comfortable and happy to answer any technical questions whilst work was being carried out and patiently involved us in the here is the next step and here is the why to do steps based on the existing conditions which they explained, so at no time did you feel works were excessive or simple added to or lessened to finish sooner, all was clearly and thoroughly advised on from existing conditions and the need to undertake preparatory works to ensure the installation meets the manufacturers site recommendations for the equipment. Over the 3 day period we experienced no contractors mess due to works and at the close of each day the spaces were made clean and usable barely any physical evidence that works were being carried out in a main hall way. The team were always friendly and approachable to the what if suggestion, or does it need, customer advisement and would be amiable to accommodating suggestions. The New Lennox furnace was installed carefully and all supporting services connected also with appropriate high standards. The equipment and supporting services connections of duct work were thoroughly cleaned and sealed in all rooms and the new additional duct to the living room was installed and located in consultation with us on the most optimum positioning to attain environmental comfort, which was previously missing from this room. During this works stage the room has been newly refurbished throughout so buildings works that are messy by nature of the work were carried out carefully and zero mess was their rule. The furnace cupboard was well prepared for the new installation tidied and cleaned out of works debre so no post installation customer tidy up was even contemplated. I was more than satisfied with the preparation works and the state for equipment installation as they renovated the space and upgraded it to meet the equipment's recommended needs for optimum performance, including the lining of the air intake space with acoustic and thermal quality lining materials, the lining of the base floor for the furnace of plywood with a galvanized sheet metal liner to add additional upgrade along with electrostatic air filter as standard, the higher grade air filter quality. These works are a standard upgrade inclusion in Honeys site preparation works clearly a high standard for new installations. The AC condenser unit was located with advisement to avoid fan noise being herd in so far as possible and its connections done with minimal works to the exterior fabric of the house requiring no additional redecoration's after completed. Control sensory equipment was installed and explained clearly and simply of its function nature so no Phd required to operate just simple as read as is logic programming for heating or cooling use. The loft space was found to have lower than now standards of insulation we were advised and we agreed a fee for this work on site at the time and the pricing was very competitive so agreement and approval was given, this was done over 1 day completing the at site works over a 3 day period as advised. Its worth noting the Team leader engineer advised in so doing this extra new insulation works would likely see an improvement in overall insulation value to the home and help to reduce services costs later in both heating and cooling periods of use. in fact this has been the case so the extra works were an essential component and will make cost savings over operational use, thus the money to do was well spent based on good advisement, rather than any extra fee approach. This works to the loft was carried out with zero decorations defects in course of the doing which required large flexible ducts to be run through the home space to the loft. The site clean up after works completed was all done very well and zero mess was their rule, no requirement by myself to correct or tidy up needed. The team we had were highly skilled hugely experienced and very accommodating on our project we have completed and i would not hesitate to recommend Honeys team for engaging to carry out such works. At the recent local authority inspection for approvals compliance, the inspector noted and commented on a very high standard of installation, customer and inspectors comments of Honeys service and professional team. I would add again this point, such systems need to be correctly and properly installed no matter what the system is basic to highest level. If poorly installed and set up the equipment will not perform as required so our attention was not just cost but track record of installation and installer. thus we are very satisfied with the Honeys team overall.

I liked what they did with the air conditioning. I thought they were overpriced. The cleanup took about 3 weeks which I thought was unacceptable. The work that they did was good but in terms of the cleanup and everything, I feel that that's mediocre. I want to try something else if I had the opportunity to do that over again. The actual work inside the house, the professionalism of the sales people and the installers, I really liked that. I thought it was good but the installers only have a small truck so they couldn't get the stand which is a large hunk of metal so they couldn't remove that and I kept calling on that and they told me that someone will come out and no one came out so they did it the third Monday later. They finally got all of it out. The backyard was a mess. The guy who took it out was great. He did more work than anyone else did in regards to the cleanup. There was a lot of stuff they did right but there were little things that I'm paying extra for that I wanted done right. The sales guys were good and they said that they are the best. Everything that we dealt with was good but the cleanup wasn't the best. We only get one inspection out of that. We have to call them for them to get out. That doesn't seem like the best. I want to try something new.
