It was fabulous and they are very prompt and thorough. They do a really good job. We have a service contract with them. The repair people are really nice. The scheduling is very easy and they come out the same day or the next day.

It was great and they were absolutely wonderful. They also work through Costco. Everybody was wonderful. They got the install done in one day and they had to come out beforehand to do the energy efficiency testing. The cleanup was great.

It has been very good. They are very attentive and they did a good job. I have recommended them. The workers are good, professional, and they paid attention. They answered all my questions. They also come back every 6 months to change out the filters and to check everything. They were also able to order me a special order plate for my vent and they were very prompt. The units are guaranteed for the next 30 years. They cleaned up their mess and were not dirty. They also explained everything to me so I could understand it.

They sent a real knowledgeable fellow out and gave me a real nice plan. They explained everything to me and were very thorough. We just decided to not go through with the job at this time.

Purchased a air and heating unit from Honeys about four years ago. Very professional at the time of explaining the different types of units and what they recommended for my home (and not the most expensive one). At installation time they were very nice and told me what to expect, friendly and made sure I knew how to operate it and keep filters clean. Answered all my questions and made sure that I understood all there was to understand. Really felt they knew what they were doing and did it in a timely manor. Last summer the unit stop working at the hottest time. The unit is still under warrantee and the part was replaced quickly. When I called to have someone come out, the person on the phone was very friendly and looked up my contract (which I could not fined at the time) and stated that it was a free fix for parts and labor were covered. I could not have asked for better care. I have told friends about the wonderful service and care they have for their customers.

They were very accommodating, did everything promised, very professional. The only complaint is that the unit is a bit louder than we expected, but tolerable. I am sorry, I am on vacation, so I cannot say the exact date.

Contacted Honey's through a program offered by Costco. We had a 37 year old AC unit and wanted to replace it before it quit working. Right from the start, their sales reps at Costco and subsequent visit to our house were professional and extremely courteous. After receiving an estimate, we contacted two other companies for estimates and even though Honey's was not the cheapest, they explained everything down to the last detail of what was going to happen, when it was going to happen and answered all our questions. We also asked several people if they knew about Honey's and everyone said they were a great company with a great reputation. On the date of install, not only did they actually show up a little earlier than scheduled, their installation crew was very professional and as part of the services, they had a roofing company come out and "dress" up the new area in the exact same roofing type/color already on our house. When they left, they picked up and swept every little scrap and you could not even tell that someone had recently installed an AC system at our house. I have a rental and will be contacting them in the future when the AC unit on that house will need to replaced.

Everything was great, and Honey's Air made the entire process very smooth from start to finish. The company established a good rapport with my tenants, it kept the properties clean while it worked, and it coordinated everything with the inspectors which was very convenient. They even replaced a door that was sticking and didn't charge me for it!

1. The salesperson (Matthew) returned all my calls and emails promptly when I had a question, he came on my schedule to discuss the options (a Saturday evening). 2. The design/project leader (Bryan) also returned all my calls and emails and gave me all the information I requested (including drawings of the system). 3. The installation took place sometime after signing the contract due to uncertainty about the rebate from the local utility. Honey's Air advocated on behalf of their customers that the rebate should not be discontinued without due notice. The utility decided to honor contracts that had been signed under the assumption of a rebate. 4. Once the rebate was approved, installation took 3 days (I have a tile roof so extra preparatory work had to be done). The crew (under the leading of Christian) was pleasant to deal with and eager to please. They touched up painting, replaced broken tile, and went the extra mile in helping me decide whether or not to paint the conduits. 5. I am pleased with the quality of the materials and of the work and of the service. The financing terms are also excellent. I am also pleased with how the system looks: much better than I anticipated. 6. If I were doing the process again I would do a more research with other companies to compare price. Honey's Air was cheaper than the first company I consulted with, but government websites list the cost the average cost of solar per watt today as considerably less than I paid. There is no way to confirm this except to have gotten estimates from more companies which I did not do. However I have no regrets going with Honey Air. (I have a maintenance contract with them for my HVAC system and they have provided trustworthy service/workmanship and I was not disappointed with the solar side of the business).

The experience was very good; it was excellent. I would give them 5 stars. They are great. I pay $11.95 a month and there was anything extra. The air cleaner was $500 which was super reasonable. I would absolutely recommend them. They are fantastic. I've never had a problem. When my furnace and air conditioner get too old, I'm going to buy the whole system from them. My system is 15 years old so I have another 3 years on it. Their pricing is super reasonable. They are always on time. They are totally professional.

The quote was $5,000 which was way too much. There was just something about the guy that came out for the estimate that made me not want to deal with the company. He also gave me a reference to a gardener that just came over and took my money. This was the second person I had come out for the heater and air conditioner. The responsiveness was very good. If there was another person that came out to present the job to me, I probably would go with them.

They were very good, excellent. They were very efficient and they did everything they said they would do. Everything is working fine and I got what I paid for.
