My experience was good. They showed up in a timely manner, it was scheduled a little farther out, but it was not a big deal. They showed, they did their job and cleaned up. I was very concerned, that they might drop branches on my house and they were very careful. I think I might have found a better price on it, but the quality couldn't be better. I think that's the upper end what I paid, but I am happy, because I know that they are bonded and they are insured. I got most of it from their comments online, about their company. I felt very secured about their insurance and background. I was very pleased with everything and I will use them in future. I recommend them to everyone. Besides Angies List, there was another person in the area, who had a gigantic tree, he was very concerned about it and they trimmed it for him. He was the one who referred me to them.

I called to get an estimate and some advice. The representative showed up on time and was professional, friendly and knowledgable. The pruning was beautifully done, and the site was completely cleaned up. I am very happy, and would definitely recommend them!

They arrived on time. A very friendly crew, they took the time to introduce everyone to me. They got right to work and did clean up as they went. The tree looked much better when they were finished and, hopefully, I'll have a few less pine needles to rake up. They do a great job on the clean up. Except for my tree looking so much better, you'd never know they'd been here. They went out of there way to cable the two branches at the top. Another company I received a bid from wanted to just cut one of the branches off but that would have left the tree very unbalanced and unattractive. I appreciated Grover's suggesting the cable. It added a bit to the cost but was worth it. The only negative I have were a couple of plants under the tree could have been saved damage if they had been covered up with an upturned garbage can or large bucket. They will recover but the damage could have been easily avoided. Other than that small thing, I am extremely please with the service I received from Grover's and will definitely call on them again.

They did a great job. They were professional, and they did what I asked them to do. The price they charged was also fair.

They responded very quickly, but they were more expensive than the other companies that I had talked to. I only dealt with the guy, who did the quote. He seemed to be very professional and came out very quickly. I will consider them for a future quote.

Everything went well. I would recommend them. They were very quick and efficient. They were here and they were gone like that. They removed them very quickly.

I was disappointed in the fact I guess they were so busy that it took an entire week for someone to come and give me an estimate.This company must be very popular so that could be the reason for the delay. The gentleman who showed up was very professional, polite, and clean and the price that he provided was on par with the other estimates we had gotten. In the end we decided to go with another company who's estimate was $50 less than Grover.

I have used them many times at various locations. Many of the jobs were quite large, with 25+ removals and 50 to 60 trees to be trimmed. They are absolutely the most reliable tree service I've every used. They are protective of the surrounding buildings, grounds, and landscaping. They are also sensitive and respectful of the neighbors and tenants in my property. This is one example of actually getting what you pay for.
