Grace began more than a decade ago serving just one retirement community, assisting seniors during transitional times. We soon developed a reputation in the community for offering excellent service at a reasonable price. Over time, Grace expanded into all aspects of moving, keeping excellent service as a top priority. Grace Moving Company is owned and operated by Christian, working owners involved in all moving operations. This personal ownership involvement assures that each move is done with careful consideration and attention to your individual needs and valuables. We have vast experience in being especially sympathetic to those during stressful times, like moving into a new environment. Description of Work: Went well. Had some items moved from Tracy to Carson City. The only hiccup was only 2 movers showed up in Carson and it took 3 in Tracy to properly move safe. So, I wound up having to help move the safe off the truck in Carson City, which didn' t bother me, but they really needed an extra guy there so it could be moved safely. Very punctual, good guys.

Description of Work: I joined Angie's list to find a good reliable mover. I found Grace Moving Company with high ratings and they offered a 5 % off total cost of move. When I called to get a quote, I explained I found them on Angie's list, and saw the 5% discount, however, I could not print out coupon due to no printer and that I was on an iPad. They told me that was ok and to show Sally when she arrived at my house for initial inspection. Sally arrived and I showed her the coupon on my iPad and she said she would accept it. When moving day came, I also showed the head mover in charge before they even started the move. He told me no problem. When the move was completed he did not accept it. He said he had to call Sally the owner. He came back and told me that Sally would not accept it without printed coupon. He went on to say that I should try to call her later after paying in full to try to work out a deal with her. At that point, I knew it was all a trick. I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone. If you can't trust the owner, I wouldn't go with this company. I think this is false advertising. It's too bad because we really need a RELIABLE AND TRUSTFUL moving company in this area.
