Working with Ray and Susie was a delight! Workmanship was professional and workman was very friendly.

It took less than an hour to fix what was needed to be done. Job was well done. It was priced real high.

Took care of the appropriate task that needed to be handled with our door repair. It seemed to be a simple task, but it was priced really high.

ProStar was the only company that returned my call and had someone out that day. He did a very good job...but the first thing he said when he walked in was that it was going to cost me $225 just for his coming to my house! I think this should have been revealed by the phone call I had with the person who answered the phone in the office. I talked with her twice and this travel charge was never mentioned. So even though Ray did a good job, I could have hired a handyman to do the job for a lot less money. I don't want to put Ray down, as I appreciated his work and the fact he came out the same day I called..

First issue, not terrible yet. We had to wait longer for our door to be installed than they promised. The screen door keeps coming off the track, so I had to adjust it myself. There is a mark on the glass that we can't remove because it's on the inside of the glass. But our BIG issue was the installation, being an inch shallower than the wall on the outside, leaving a depression all around the door. It looked TERRIBLE!!! They wanted to just cover it up with wood, but we refused because this is an exterior and wood rots. We insisted that they stucco around the door to make it properly filled in and to match the rest of the outside wall. They wanted to charge us a few hundred dollars more to finish off the installation with stucco, but we stood our ground and they finally got a stucco guy to fill it in.

Door works like new! Very pleased.

The technician came and did the work same day. Would of been done sooner but the rollers were not standard.

I was not happy that the door wiggled after it was locked. They said that is the nature of the door and lock.

Ray was very courteous and very knowledgeable. The door hasn't worked this good since it was new!

Ray discussed the options for the best way to adjust and repair the door. Very courteous and answered all my questions politely. The door was rehung and works perfectly now. Susie in customer service is also ver courteous and worked with me on scheduling. I certainly would use their services again and highly recommend them. Thank you for the efficient and timely repair!

They did a great job installing our new glass shower wall and door. We ran into a couple of issues with the glass that came from the factory but Fabio and his team addressed them and got the glass replaced. We are very satisfied with their work!

It is lovely and fits in totally with the rest of the doors and especially since this area had never had a door nor was it designed to have a door. It looks fantastic - job well done.
