excellent service, fast and efficient!

They were quick and efficient but did not like how they did business. They quoted me $350 for the job. When I asked what kind of lights they would use (cause I wanted the hanging twinkle lights) they said It would cost an additional $100. All I was getting was lights on the single story roof--no yard decor. I hesitated but said ok. They set a date but I had to call them to remind them. When I went to pay them they charged me $550 (a $100 more than was quoted!) I felt like I was taken advantage of cause the lights were already up by then. I don't like doing business with dishonest people. I wont ever use them again and will warn my neighbors and friends not to use them either. This is the 2nd time I have used a contractor through Angie that I was not happy about.

Great experience with this business. They were on time, very knowledgeable and experienced, left the job site cleaner than it was when they started. I definitely will hire them again for more jobs.

Hired them to add some lights to my upper roof. Sent a video text to them to show my roof and went over exactly what I wanted. Was given a quote and setup an install date. I took the morning off of work, they were supposed to be there between 8-9am. They did not show up and did not contact me to let me know they were going to be late so I called them to see if they we're going to be able to make it. They said they had problems with weather and could make it between 12-1pm. They showed up around 1:45pm (no call). When they got there they said that their boss was not there and they were not the high roof guys. They also said their quote was low and they would not do the work without charging more money (even though I sent a video of my roof). Would not recommend.

Excellent crew -- will hire them again

Very friendly and the crew cleans up after repairs and service is complete. No hidden charges ! We have used their service twice and have pre booked additional services in the Spring . What a blessing to find such a great dependable company with integrity .

They did a great job. Cleaned up all the mess before the left. Was very satisfied with their work. They have a point I took off on value for your money was it just doesn't cost $200 anymore like I did 10 years ago haha

The company is professional, yet very down home in personality. They went far and beyond to be helpful because my husband had major surgery and has not been able to do anything. They are the only workers I have allowed in my house when not home.
