Description of Work: had installed/replaced: 10 dbl sash + 1 picture window. i was led to believe the picture window would have only a 3" frame but is more like 6" making the view appreciably smaller. My alarm system was damaged despite having removed the sensors prior to the work. wires were cut + they weren't even attached to the windows! i was eventually reimbursed but not w/o a lot of hassle + argument. there was a new worker on the crew who's work had to be revised n some cases + sometimes i think, just left in others. the workmanship was shoddy. solid wood trim damaged was replaced c primed tongue + groove. pretty poor clean-up as well. the windows generally work well but there have been some issues corrected by the manufacturer's technician was the only saving grace.
