I am very happy with the work done by Fabulous House Cleaning. Vernice arrived and surveyed the work needing to be done, then they got right to work. They stayed and finished everything I wanted done. They were very fast and finished in a few hours what would have taken me days to do by myself. The provider called me the night before the service if it is possible to push forward the time of service to 30 minutes later and I agreed. They arrived on time agreed. However, before they started cleaning, the provider was so much in a hurry and did not even want to finish conversation with me. She said that they will just clean for 4 hours and because they are three workers, they have to do it within a certain number of time. I told her that i do not care how long it takes for them to clean my house and I can pay her extra as long as my house gets cleaned to my satisfaction. I told her I will pay her $100 more. She and her colleagues finished the job in 5 hours and I paid her extra as agreed. But my word to other customers, do not be deceived by the lower price value because in the end, you pay for the quality of work, not the quantity.

I appreciate my client willing to let me come later from the time we first agree on. When i get there i like to put my team to work right away. Is not only my clients time but also my employees time. She told me what she wanted and i just told my employee to start the bathroom. I was a little confused because she thought in the 4 hr she paid she was going to get the whole house clean. So i had to explain to her that each employee counted for 1hr. That when she told me she would pay more to finish the job. We clean the house top to bottom. We where there 4hr with 3 people a total of 12hr. She had only pay 4hr and she payed $100. I think she got a petty good deal. She check everything and she was happy with our work. She purchase 32hr more so for me i think she was very satisfied. Ill be back in September and every 3 months after that.

Verenice came to the house and gave me a verbal estimate approximately 2 months ago. When I called to make the appointment to have the house cleaned, she was very professional. She and her crew showed up on time with all the necessary supplies and set to work immediately. The house was in drastic need of cleaning in preparation for putting it on the market for sale and when Verenice and her crew left it was sparkling and smelled so good. My husband and I were both distressed by the noise that accompanied these three ladies while they worked. There was constant banging, thumping, and crashing while they were working. I can't imagine how cleaning could generate such sounds and a few time I was tempted to check to see if everything was in tact.

Im so sorry for the noise. One of the time the shower door came out so it did maka noise. But we didn't know the door had problems. It was the only time there was a loud noise. Also we clean the blinds so that creates alots of noise and there nothing i can do about. There mini blinds.

My kitchen and baths were disgusting before Fabulous House Cleaning showed up, and they are indeed FABULOUS! We are in the middle of getting ready for Christmas and have out of town guests coming so, I wanted everything to be perfect. These ladies jumped right in and got to work. They got everything clean!! The blinds, the baseboards, even those ugly calcium deposits in the toilet are gone. I can't believe how great everything looks. I wouldn't let anyone in my kitchen after they left. I made my husband go get take out for dinner so we wouldn't mess up the kitchen, it looked that good!! I will definitely call upon Verenice again! If I could afford it, I would have her come once a month just to keep it looking so nice.

Bereneice showed up a little late, but she called to say she couldn't find the address (not the first time someone has said this), but when she arrived, she worked for three hours without taking a break. She really got the stains out of the kitchen sink and two showers and did the mini blinds in a couple of the rooms. She swept and mopped the kitchen and the front entry way. She was pleasant, professional and worked hard to please. She brought her own supplies and vacuum. Our list was a bit longer than her time, but she worked hard to get the big things done and her work was much appreciated. We will happily use this service again (Fabulous Housecleaning).

The last time they came two people came and worked for two hours. We were charged $150.00. We paid them $37.50 per hour. That is excessive. We are looking to replace them. After they left I noted that they had not cleaned out to the edge of the floor in the family room.i found a small area of dried kitty throw up in that area that was not touched. I also requested that they use bleach on the shower floor in the bathroom off the laundry room. They bleached the master bath shower floor. In all they do a good enough job. We tried Merry Maid. And that was a horror story. Some were very good. Others were rude, nasty and wouldn't clean . We dropped them. . Fabulous Housecleaning people are always nice and get here on time but we are paying way two much.

The house was cleaned after the tenant moved out. The team did a very good job: cleaned bathrooms, the kitchen, every appliance, windows and vacuumed the carpet. I used other cleaning teams before, but this team is the best.

They were the most expensive cleaning service we have had and the cleaning was just ok. Some items (tooth brush holder, and other items on the bathroom counter, the face of the refrigerator, the stove top, etc) were completely missed. I talked to Verenice about the missed items hoping they would do a better job the next time. But they did not.

They didn't do well at all. Underneath the kitchen cabinet I was putting my things and it was full of dust. They didn't clean inside of the oven, they just superficially cleaned but nothing in the inside and just cleaned the bottom and top of the blinds. I would not use them again.

It took me two days to clean the house do to bad organization from Mr Kutari. He had the painters, plumers working in the house all at the same time. It was very difficult to work with all this people in the house. Also I ask (Member name removed) to check all my work before paying. He was satisfy with the cleaning. About the stove he told me not to cleaning it because it was being replace. I also told him if he found anything we miss to let me know so I can go back and fixed it. I receive a text from (Member name removed) two week later telling me about all the things he mention . I'm very sorry for the bad experience he had with my company.

Description of Work: Bernice's team did a thorough cleaning of my house from top to bottom. It had been neglected recently due to health issues. I was becoming embarrassed to have friends over to my house, so I knew it was time to enlist help. Clutter was cleared, ceilings, vents and ceiling fans were dusted and wiped down where needed. Walls and doors were washed, blinds were cleaned, and all surfaces received proper attention. All of the furniture was moved and carpets and rugs were thoroughly vacuumed. My hardwood floors were dusted, mopped and dried. My kitchen was cleared of extra clutter and reorganized. The cabinets were cleaned as well as the floor. The stove, microwave, refrigerator and sink were all left sparkling. The only two chores related to interior house cleaning that were not done was washing windows and shampooing carpets, as I had not asked for those services.
