I was emptying out my ex husbands house and the landlord wanted everything out of the house so the housekeepers could come and clean so the landlord said I could put everything left on the side of the house and come and pick it up. The housekeepers where there on Monday the 3rd and they knew I was putting the items on the side of the house, the next day on the 4th I show up and the housekeepers are there at the house cleaning and one of the housekeepers where putting there cleaning stuff back in there car and I just so happen to see the belongings that I put on the side of the house inside the cleaning companies vehicle, I told the housekeeper that the stuff that was on the side of the house was not there for them to go threw and the one housekeeper tells me that my boyfriend told them that they could take what they wanted which my boyfriend didn’t say that to them so they lied. I told them that I wanted my belongings out of there vehicle and so she did so but I feel like they still stole some of the items, and it would be so much easier to communicate with these ladies if they could actually speak a little bit of English but they can’t. So I know they actually took sometime to go threw all that stuff on the side of the house because everything was scattered everywhere. I’m very disappointed in people like this…

Description of Work: She went over and beyond! She completed everything I asked for. She did a stunning job! Not only that she did it just in time for Christmas. I'm so happy with the work that I've asked them to come back for monthly maintenance. I strongly recommend this company. The workers are very professional and thorough. They we're delayed in arriving. But I had read that in another review so it was kind of expected. Not a big deal, it had been raining that day and they didn't start their timer till they got here and started working. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They provided house cleaning services. I asked them to clean several very dirty bathrooms. They did a very good job, but did not have all the right type of cleaning supplies. The tile grout was not cleaned well. I used my cleaner (with bleach) and whitened it very easily. If I use them again, and I probably will I'll show them what works well. Otherwise I really liked them.

We try to use products that are not to strong. We worry about our health. She check everything and said it was fine everything. She also told me to use CLR. She said it was 50/50 witg water. It was so strong we had difficulty breathing. To try to remove the hard water. We try our best. If u hire us just let us know what products u want us to use. Thanks

Description of Work: Clean my home. Hard water stains in shower were significantly better. Small details in kitchen were overlooked such as cleaning small appliances on counter. They do not vacuum under seat cushions which didn't make any sense. But the house definitely smell and look like housekeeping went through it.
