Although this person knows about dryer vent cleaning, his method of service is somewhat lacking. in attempting to move the washing machine he cracked the water pan attached to the drain, and upon vacuuming the vent, he did not go to the outside to check and clear out the residue. He had to be shown and ask to clean it. Also for the size of the job, his rate was far to expensive. The rate should have been to the lower and mid range of cost and not the maximum as he charged.

Knowledgeable, quick, and very friendly. I will hire him again for annual cleaning and possible other activities since he is versed in many trades.

Richard showed up on time as promised. He was extremely professional and careful not to dirty my carpet in front of the fireplace. He goes the extra mile by taking time to educate his customers by making sure they have the right amount of smoke detectors in the house and that they were in the right places. He made recommendations on my carbon monoxide detector and also that I should keep a fire extinguisher in the he even helped me with an escape plan if we were to ever have a fire...He had no problem with me asking tons of questions and was extremely patient. I would highly recommend him!

Customer service is beyond amazing! He totally worked with my schedule so I didn t have to take a day off of work to have the work completed. No other company we called would accommodate like that.
