Very unhappy! Stay away from this. I cannot recommend this service to anyone. Bad experience all the way around. Avoid at all costs. I guess its what you get with an unlicensed contractor. I hired him 8/16/21 to clean the flue on my pellet stove. He did not remove all of the soot at the junction of the flue and stove. I took pictures and tried to get a refund for the work he did. He refused to make any accommodation. He noticed there was a faulty gasket at the junction of the flue and stove and stated that he would **replace it next year**. When I later started the stove, it leaked smoke into the room. It is my sense that he did not know what he was doing when it came to a pellet stove. Instead of just saying, **I cannot do the job**, he asked for more than the agreed-upon price. In connecting the flue to the stove he applied metal tape, which I had to remove and reapply. In light of this, It makes me wonder how well the flue pipe was cleaned properly.

He came on time. Cleaned my dryer vent out from outside vent. Dryer drying much faster. But he did not clean up behind and around the dryer in my home. He said it was too heavy, I offered for my husband to help. I guess he thought it was clean?
