Great guy. Did a thorough job from top to bottom. Explained everything that needed to be done in a way anyone could understand. Made every attempt to keep dust down which he managed to do. Very impressed with this company. Glad I went with him. Thanks Richard.

Too expensive. Be careful if you have an insert and they tell you it needs to be removed. Have friends remove insert. Then have them clean and inspect chimney for you.

They did great job, but I felt it was a little pricey.

He was very patient in answering our questions and made sure dryer vent was connected properly to dryer before he left. He was honest about what needed to be done. Did a good job of cleaning vent.
