Prompt and very curtious!!!

Very nice professional gentleman, came out on Christmas Eve just so we would feel comfortable having a fire in our newly purchased home! This is the second time I’ve used him and will only use him and refer to friends and family

He was very clean...thorough...answered all my questions... I felt confident with the work he did...I hired him for some repair work on the fireplace and dryer vent cleaning

Did not complete the job; left hanging debris in the top of chimney flue & told me it was fine. Scheduled him out to meet me so we could look at his job together, then he called last minute & canceled...poor customer service & incomplete job...not worth $175, maybe $50...u should take him out of your "professional" contractors as he is not that at all!!

Richard was great. Promptly Came out and was very thorough and pleasant.

This pro is great! He was quick to contact me, worked with my schedule, and showed up on time. He is professional, friendly, and the job was done thoroughly. I didn’t get other estimates so I may just be penny-pinching and his rates may be very reasonable for the services provided (dryer vent cleaning, fireplace vent cleaning, and gutter cleaning) but I was a little surprised at how much the dryer vents and the gas-insert fireplace vents cost to have cleaned. on the other hand, the gutters getting cleaned by someone other than me was worth every penny!!! I also like that I now know a general handyman that I can call for other jobs around the house that are too big for me to do on my own. Overall I do recommend this pro!

Its been 2 weeks since the chiminey sweep and inspection was done by Richard. He did not leave a report of findings. I have text and emailed twice on the day of service. I received a response telling me he will send a report but I have not received it yet. I text him twice to please, at least, let me know if the fire place was safe to use with still no response. We paid him $200 (which seems high to me).
