From the initital call through installation of windows in my van, Don's Mobile glass customer service was impeccable. They were courteous, professional, timely and just took the worry out of the details in dealing with insurance.

Our shower door is hinged, but only held in place by pressure applied to a gasket. Over time, the glass panel had slipped slightly down, causing the door to be difficult to open and close. First call to Don's resulted in setting an appointment for the next week to come inspect and get an estimate. Adam was very friendly and professional. He explained the problem, then recommended repair and cost. He indicated that the parts needed would have to be ordered, but that they would call to set up the repair once the part came in. It took a few days for the parts to come in, but they called as promised and set up repair appointment. Day of appointment went well. Adam was running late, but he called to let me know. No real ding for this as I made a late in the day appointment and knew it was not unlikely for the time to slip. Repairs were made as promised, and result was better than the original installation. Adam was again friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

The price was competitive with what I'd have paid to take my car somewhere, but instead they came to me. Their work was excellent, the installer was super friendly and professional, and it's been over a year and I've had zero problems with their glass or seal. If I need such services again (and if I keep having to drive on Highway 99, I certainly will need another windshield at some point), I won't even look around. I will just call these guys.

Door rollers were worn out. Door not sliding well. Person came, made estimate, came back and fixed it and now it works well. Very professional and well mannered.

They're great as well as their job. Their professionalism is excellent too.

The first appt I had to call after the time period they told me. They said the window they order arrived broken. On the second appt again they told me they would be here between 100 pm to 400 pm. At 400pm I called they told me that the service tech had to drive to another consumer that needed there window fixed now. The tech arrived 1 hours later, did a good job. I felt that they were doing me a favor and would replace my window when they felt like getting around to it

Every level of the service was great. From suggestions of types of showers doors and glass that might work in our bathrooms to leaving the work area spotlessly clean when the job was done. Competitively priced and they thought of all the little things like not having a channel in the door makes it much easier to keep clean! The new enclosures are beautiful modern and I know they are installed to the highest standard.

In a word, excellent. The company was able to accommodate us on short notice, the provider showed up on time, explained the entire process and cost, and complete the repair in a timely manner.

The project went well and I was pleased with the results.

I was very pleased with their service and they were very good. It was probably the upper end of what I would have paid, but the quality of the windows and service was excellent. I suppose the windows they recommended were vinyl and double insulated, but the difference it made on the house was just incredible. I probably could have had a better deal somewhere else, but that’s okay. I don’t think I could have got a better deal than the service, cleanliness, the way they explained what they were doing and the minimum impact that was made to the structure, was good enough. I was very pleased with that all around. Of course, I cannot rate someone else, unless he does a good job, but the other contractors I got bids from, there were some lower, but they didn’t make me feel comfortable with the kind of windows they were going to put in the house. I had asked for a coffee table sometime back and I called them up, they cut the glass and I picked it up, it looked seamless. I would have got a better price, but not better service.
