When I first called, he asked me specifics about the symptoms and was able to give me an idea about what was wrong. Paul arrived for the appointment in a timely manner. The set was quckly repaired and returned as promised, and continues to work well. I was very pleased with Paul, the price, the work, and overall professional treatment. I recommend Digitech Electronics for TV repair. Digitech is an excellent company.
