I had them do a routine maintenance on my ac and heater systems at different times. I used coupons from Angie's List. AC & heating maintenance $59 ea. They were prompt and professional. They advised me that there was a potential problem with my ac system. They quoted me a very good price and explained how the part affected the operation of my system. I have a home maintenance contract so I said I would wait. They are very pleasant and I would highly recommend them.

It went great the are coming out this week to service unit and install new thermostat

New heater did not produce and serviceman returned and discovered water pump had not been turned on.

Jason came out the next day to check it out and fixed it promptly before our next church service

I purchased the coupon last week of April. DeHart called and the soonest appt. they had was on Monday 5/29 (yes Memorial Day!). I confirmed twice with the service representative that they were working on Memorial Day because I didn't want to get a cancellation and then have to wait another 3 weeks. She stated that YES they were working. The Wednesday before my scheduled appt. I received a VM that they were going to be closed on Monday and to call to re-schedule. I immediately called and the soonest they had was 3 weeks out. The receptionist was very short with me. I told her that 3 weeks was unacceptable and then she said I could talk to the manager. I refused to be transferred and wait as I was already unhappy with the service. My neighbors A/C company, OAR, was able to come out same day, so I cancelled and had my coupon refunded. First impressions are lasting impressions. Will never us DeHart for any of my properties.

Basically, we paid for a sales call! No service was performed.

They came out same day to do a quote. We approved quote and they arrived the next day to perform the work. DeHart did a wonderful job on the water heater. The area had some mild water damage. They pulled out the old heater, platform and let my dad pull out the wet dry wall behind the heater. In that process we found a mouse nest that they let us deal with while they worked on the plumbing in a different area. The only thing that might be considered a hick up was the person that answered my first phone call. She obviously wanted to be helpful but was not very knowledgeable and made me unsure if I was going to hire them or not. If it had not been for the techs that came to the house being so awesome I would not have gone with them. Which I am very happy I did.

Service technician arrived on time, polite, very knowlegable, diagnosed problem and we found out that the repair would not be a long term fix. We opted to replace water heater as it passed its life. He came back next day and performed the work, installed new water heater. Clean, efficient and no issues at all.

Couldn't have been better!!! Tech advised an enzymatic professional drain cleaner to use monthly to minimize recurrence. Their price per gallon was $6 cheaper per gallon than on Amazon.

Everyone at DeHart was awesome. Prompt, courteous, efficient and honest. A+.

this company has some real issues in their administrative offices. for the first visit, they neglected to mention somebody would need to climb through my closet into the attic. this is something people need to know in advance so they can clear an appropriate space and so they can prevent their clothes (and the shelf the guy stood on!) from being damaged. then, they schedule a day and time to come out to replace the condensor and install a coil, but THEY NEGLECTED TO SCHEDULE THIS WITH ME!!! that just does not make sense at all. who runs a business that way? "surprise! we're here while you're still in your P.J.s to install equipment!" then we scheduled the next appointment together. i waited for a confirmation call, and when i didn't receive one (again? can't dial a telephone?) i call them to confirm. couldn't get anything except a recording. nobody has time to waste, so without a confirmation from a company which has already proved incompetent in the scheduling and telephone call department, i made other plans for my day. people have things to do besides hang out hoping somebody shows up. sure enough, as i was on my way out the door, they show up again. they stated "we called several times this morning". who does that? competent people would have called the working day prior to the appointment! checked my phone, they didn't call until 12 minutes before the appointment. turns out somebody named rosemary decided to NOT use the telephone number i gave them, and instead decided to find an old number which doesn't have a telephone connected to it. how do you people have jobs?

Dehart Plumbing called about 9 AM and got here about 10:45, which was great! Rene got right to work and he fixed the problem in less time then I expected. He was very respectful to us and the work area. I would defiantly call Dehart again if I have any plumbing issues. He also told me about a coupon on their website which gave us a $50 discount. That made me very happy.

He had to work under very difficult wet sewage conditions. Most of the work was performed under the house where limited crawl space made it challenging.

Installer was there before expected and did an excellent job. I observed most of the installation process and was impressed with the quality of the service. The price included a new water heater. I did not ask price in advance so was surprised at the cost. I did not do any price comparisons so the price I paid may have been competitive.

Very well. Coordinated work with roofing company that was installing new roof. Handled job efficiently. Did "energy saving" paperwork and replaced interior grills which would not adjust properly at no extra charge. Made a couple of call backs to fine tune cooling system.

They were prompt , friendly and professional. I wanted to have more stuff done that I was willing to pay for , but they actually sort off talked me out of it , because what I was asking was really not necessary. They said they would do it if I really wanted it; but it would have been expensive and basically totally useless. I appreciated their honesty and saving me money. When they came over they offered to put on booties to protect my carpet, but it wasn't necessary since my carpet hadn't been cleaned yet. I liked that I had the option. They explained the process in detail so I would know what was going to happen and they proceeded quickly and efficiently. I had the vents cleaned because we were having allergy problems and this was just one of the things we decided to do on our check list. They offered a few other options we could have done also, but we decide not to do those things. There was no pressure sales in this way. One of the things they had suggested was to install a special light bulb in the air conditioning system to kill bacteria that could be venting through the house. We had turned it down at the time, but after some time and research on the process we are now planning to go ahead and have that done. We only had one problem, and that was an error on the bill. I had paid with a credit card and they had charged too much. The invoice that was being used to bill my credit card was a carbon copy and the part where I got a discount wasn't legible. I only mention this cause I really thought I might have a problem trying to get some of my money back . However there was absolutely no problem. The person who did the job remembered me and the discount he had given me and so it was quickly reversed . \The above is a response from my elderly Mother . I (her daughter) wanted to also note that the two gentlemen who were here to do the work were extremely patient and so wonderful with my Mom. She can be bossy and demanding and is very very fussy and particular. Again I will say, they were very patient and accommodating. They even took a little time to just chat with her. so she would feel comfortable with them there.
