I had already had my issue addressed by someone else I had called around 8 so I had no need for his services, but I always appreciate it when people return my calls.

Called Dave for Quote he informed me that i was out of the way and he could not help me.

Called 5 differernt companies; 4 called back and set appointments. Only two showed up for estimate! Dave was one of the estimates and he came in way lower then the other. He showed up the next day, did a great job on the yard and should be back every week. I'm very pleased with Dave.

I needed a lawn irrigation provider that would accept very a small job. Dave met my need perfectly. Dave initially called within just a few hours of the message I left him. He was willing to hang in with me when I had to delay his coming out more than once because of jury duty. He didn't give up on me. He was sensitive to the very high temperatures we were experiencing while my sprinkling system was down, trying to get to my job as soon as possible given my schedule. I would not hesitate a minute to call him again.

Contacted Dave, left a message and my call was returned within 24 hours. He came that day to inspect the job that we needed done and gave us an estimate. He returned on the agreed date and time. He completed the work in a fast and timely manner. They were great to work with and I would definitely hire them again for any other projects that we have in the future.

Everything went well

My interaction with them was negative. I had exactly the same experience with them as I did with another company. It was really an anomaly. The owner called and was apologetic and told me that they overlooked the appointment. I tend to think that around the summer months they are so darn busy that they get confused sometimes. My professional first-hand experience with them was not good. They never came out. They called a day later apologizing for missing the appointment. They wanted to reschedule and I told them it wouldn't be necessary. They were apologetic for missing the appointment. They didn't sound aloof. They didn't sound not caring or anything. They were just apologetic. I wouldn't contact them again.

The owner does all the work. I have had him many times. He is not inexpensive, but everything gets fixed. He is very busy, so you have to call in advance to get an appointment.
