i called because i want a one-time spray treatment for ants around the outside of my house. the guy arrived on time and walked around the house, but then he said they ONLY provide service under a one-year contract, which i don't need or want. could have told me that on the phone, or in the ad. wasted my time.

I keep using them because they keep the bugs down.

I believe that the spray was completed but in much less time, and no price reduction was offered. When supervisor came out to placate me he found additional damage and promised to give us a written estimate to take care of work. Estimate never received.

It took over 4 weeks for the report to arrive.... it indicated areas of my home THAT I KNOW were not inspected....I didn't understand the report and nobody ever called to ask me if I did understand it. Customer service was nothing short of horrible:( He was supposed to provide an estimate of repairs to my bathroom and didn't in terms of reconstruction... he was supposed to provide me with a cost for an alternate treatment than and quot;tentingand quot; and he didn't... overall, it was useless

They are very conscientious. We got dogs and they let us know before they come so we can put the dogs in. They are just very customer service oriented. If you have any issues, they'll come out without an extra charge in between your service times. They are very accommodating. Their price is pretty comparable.

We have been using Clark Pest Control since we moved to the house which was probably 2006. We really like Kenny. He's our guy and he keeps us informed. If we're here when he comes, he stops by and lets us know because we had to do a couple of things around the house. Lately, we had some burglars in the area, we got to lock the gate now and we got to make sure he gets the key so he can get back around the house. We keep getting solicitors to switch and we don't want to switch. The quality is excellent.

It has been a lengthy process exceeding a year. They have come out numerous times and after a year the problem with the pigeons has been finally resolved, but the bat problem lingers. They keep sending out different people to deal with the bats and insisting that I pay more for them to fully resolve it. They now say that they no longer work on 2-story structures in dealing with bats, but my contract was for 2 years and 1 year has passed. They now will only deal with bats on one side of the house. So slow and arduous a process. I will never deal with this company again. Don't believe a thing that comes out of their mouths. The mission statement that appears on the back of their business cards is a big fat lie. They could care less about customers. The will drag their feet out until the warranty times out.

We had a rat in our attic (new house to us - empty for over a year prior). They responded immediately and the tech actually had serviced our address in the past. He took care of every nook and cranny and placed traps in several suspicious sites. The tech returned as promised and found the culprit - a VERY large male. Follow up visits found no and quot;friendsand quot;! We have used them for about 10 months now, and have had three different techs, but they are all quite thorough. There was one scheduling hiccup, but other than that, we are quite pleased. One tech did find a black widow spider, so crisis averted! We will continue to use them.

I never had any problems with Clark Pest Control. If you have problems in between you services, they come out for free. They are not that punctual. You just know approximately what day they are coming, unless you call and make a specific request - which I normally do. Then they come out in a couple of hours. They are very professional.

They do a good job. I do not have any dislikes against this company. The come out bi-month wise. We had an ant invasion in the kitchen once or twice. They came out and fixed it. The price is very reasonable. They go around and sweep all the leaves and then spray. If we have a problem we can call them and they are usually out within 24 hours. They are usually there within the time window they say.

Josh Sousa arrived on time, surveyed the property, and gave me a price and detailed the work to be performed. We have had our first service and everything was completed as proposed. We are pleased with Clark and especially Josh and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a professional service tech who does what he proposes.

I like that I got to choose my own technician. He is very polite and tells me if I have more problems.

He was very friendly. He seems to be very knowledgeable. He was willing to listen to what our concerns are, and he takes care of them.

They are OK, and they are not cheap.

I use them every two months. They are good about working on my schedule. I have to let them in the backyard, so it has to be done during the weekends. Other than that, they are pretty good about working on my schedule. The quality of work is excellent and it has been effective.

They are fine. I don't have any inconvenience. He drops by and tells me that he wants to do it. I am okay with it. He's got these 23 little things in the ground with bait in it. He checks those to see if there has been any termites come in to eat those. If he finds any, I don't know what he would do under those circumstances exactly; he might put more baits or something. He has never found any, and he gives me a little written report at the end of each time. It is not cheap but that's probably about what most of these places charge. We began working with them about 25 years ago. We suddenly had an infestation of termites flying around in one of the rooms; so we called them and they came over. They did whatever they had to, to get rid of them and then we got on with their annual contracts. I've not seen a termite on my premises, inside or out, or anywhere since. It's probably the same policy that is being used by a couple of others around here, who probably do as well as them. I was happy with them; so I have no complaints. He's just concerned with the termites. They do offer an additional service where they do something to make sure you don't get any ants or any other insects. That is not a problem to me; so I have never taken it. I think the price is almost the same as the other places charge. It does seem to be high, but they all charge almost the same. I can't complain about that and he's doing a good job as I have no termites. He's got a particular day he has to come over in that particular month. He comes by, in the morning or afternoon. He has never missed coming over; he is very professional and consistent.

They are good. I don't have any problems of the insects showing up. They sprayed in morning and evening and don't have any problem since then. I would recommend Josh who is the spraying technician. I would use them in the future.

So far, we have never had any termites!

Clark was very responsive, sending Omar Mosqueda out to see me. The initial price was not bad but I was required to sign a contract for a year for a pre-determined amount. Since my neighbor also uses Clark and had a better contract price I was able to negotiate a slightly lowers fee. The service is scheduled for every two months and I am billed every two months. (I believe the price is also based on square footage of the building - I have a 920sq ft duplex - your price may vary) Omar was extremely professional and I saw immediate results after his spraying, which included both inside and outside my home. The follow up service only covers the outside of the building but if I need them at any point in time between sprays, Clark will come out and take care of the problem for no additional cost. Overall, I am very pleased with the service as I have not seen a live bug in or out of my home since my initial spraying. Clark is definitely higher priced than many of their competitors and if you need only occasional spraying you may be better off hiring a less expensive company.
