Owner operated business, he was really professional, explain us everything and why he was doing. The price was reasonable.

Excellent response, quick to make a time based on my schedule, and very thorough. Would hire this company again for any future needs, but given the warranty they offer…doesn’t sound like it would be needed any time soon.

Very knowledgeable

Had appointment for Monday between 8-10am. Confirmed with him at 830AM day off and he said it would be closer to 10AM. Sends me a text ETA 10:30AM at 10AM and it s now 11:15AM and no text or sign of him. Very unprofessional and not respectful of people s time. Hire with caution is my suggestion.

Roger showed up early for our appointment. He was professional and thorough in his assessment of the home for completing his pest report. I recommend Castle Pest Management.

Took care of the pre-sale pest inspection and work necessary to clear pest on my rental property.

The Castle Pest rep. came to the door late in the afternoon. One of the first things he did was asked to use the bathroom??? The bird problem was outside just under the roof. We did hear noise in the attic. He checked the attic but did not see any signs of birds. I asked what he would do about the birds outside and he said he would think about it and call. I have heard nothing since that day!!!

they rescheduled twice and then missed the appt. and tried to reschedule for a week later. Very poor customer service. deb
