Car Audio Depot

When I went to pick up the car and it was in park it made a very loud noise. I asked them what it was and they refused to look at it and said it was not anything they did. The sound went away when the car was not in park and after it kept happening I took it back to them. They still refused to look at the car and were adamant that it had nothing to do with their work. I finally took my car into a mechanic and they found the alarm was hooked up to the ignition and thus why the noise happened. When I was at my mechanics another gentleman there told me Car Audio Depot had almost destroyed his wife's car. I called and spoke to the owner to inform him of what happened. The owner was very rude and did not believe anything I was saying. I told him he could call my mechanic to confirm everything I said which he did and then he called me and asked to speak with me about. I did not take his last call and I have not spoken to them since.

I was pleased with the service and installation. I will definately go to Car Audio Depot in the future for this sort of purchase. The guy who helped me was very friendly and I had the impression that he understood what I was looking forand wanted things to go well for me.
