+ -1 moreI called them up and scheduled a date/time for an estimate and he never showed up! I called back to see what was going on and they never called me back. This was a complete waste of my time.

+ -1 moreThere was one miscommunication regarding the apt time for the estimate, but they were prompt to fix that and got right out. From there on out, they were very courteous and professional. THe windows look great, no problems so far. They were also one of the more reasonable quotes I received. Over-all very satisfied.

Description of Work: Replace three large windows plus a bathroom window with energy efficient windows. Also, repaired a squeaky set of doors.

+ -1 moreLocated them from Angie's List. Made prompt appointment. Had answers to all of my questions. Provided me with a discount when I upgraded quality of my door. Worked around my schedule and got door installed in a professional and timely manner. Provided me with all rebate information as well. I will be using them to do my front door in a couple of months.
Description of Work: Removed broken/old sliding door and frame from back of house. Installed new/improved sliding with frame.

Description of Work: Ask for estimate for front door installment and service person took measuements for estimate. This was on 11-1-12. Now it is 11-27-12 and no response by phone or email as to the cost of estimate for the door. I do not plan on folowing up on why there is a delay or use this company again .

+ 0 more.From the start with an estimate to the finish of the job Jose was professional and courtious. I am having an estimate on the rest of the windows in my home to be done by them in the future. I would highly recommend them I was on a limited time frame to have this done and by them using a local window manufacture they were able to cut 2 weeks off the window delivery time Plus they are using local businesses Update: Had rest of windows put in my home As usual Jose and Abigial were courtious polite and very professional during the whole process. Did a great job again did an excellent job of clean up. I would very highly recommend them to anyone. I give them AAAAA+
