+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the work Bob did for me. I have asked him to come back and install a gate for me. I thought the price he charged was very reasonable and he did such a good job I paid him an extra $50.00.
Description of Work: Repaired the fence, replaced and moved ceiling fans, replaced kitchen faucet, replaced thermostat, repaired bathroom sink stopper, fixed a broken bed frame, installed solar lights

+ -1 moreBob showed up on time, had access to the empty home, and worked very hard in a difficult situation to make the house ready for our new tenant. He took massive amounts of items that were left behind to the dump. He had to try to match paint that would not match, even when we took the original to the mfg and then took the new paint to the house. He came back to the house to replace faucets in the laundry room, and that was not covered in the original scope of work. I had a couple of issues but overall, he did what he promised.
Description of Work: I would apply a qualified yes to using Bob again. Overall, he performed the work, worked very hard to meet our deadline and get the work done. There were a couple of issues that presented a problem, but overall, his work was as promised, and he was pleasant to deal with. He stayed within the proposed budget, and when the work seemed to extend he did not charge extra, with the exception of charging for supplies as needed.

+ 0 moreHis services are very good. Bob had to take out old tile from a poor job done by anther service provider. He did such a great job and salvaged the old work. The work was done to perfection. I have no complaints or concerns at all. We are very happy with his work.
