BLESSED CONCRETE CO.

Dealing with Adrian, owner of Blessed Concrete, has been one of THE saddest experiences of my life. My home is only five years old, and I was ready for a real improvement to my backyard. I had beautiful, developed trees, all on a drip system, front and back. Adrian Bell is the absolute most personable human being you could hope to meet. He is quick to laugh, to smile and even quicker to promise the moon, take your money and disappear. Adrian makes tons of promises but somehow has a new excuse daily for why he cannot deliver or even come look at the mess he and his workers created with splattered concrete, footprints and broken water lines. Adrian and his concrete guys seemed to have treated my home more like a park for an outdoor BBQ than a work site. They literally brought a BBQ pit, steak and an abundant amount of beer with them, leaving beer bottles and plenty of food for hungry wasps. As I finally, finally was able to reach Adrian and finally able to arm twist him into coming to actually see his very sad work product, he was supposedly going to fix the footprints and cracks he left but instead removed his leftover concrete forms and broke a water line in the process. Adrian admitted to breaking the water line; then he underpaid a worker ( I heard arguing with him on the phone) to come fix it the following day. Because it seems Adrian is known for being unreliable and not properly paying tradesmen, the worker left; my water line is still broken. However, Adrian did, at the time the worker was at my home, call me to ask me to pay the worker. But for the fact that this is real life and not a sitcom, this whole experience would be funny. Never would I have believed that anyone could have a business and run it in such a shoddy, shabby manner. This will surely all be funny in about five years. But right now the extra thousands that I am having to spend to fix what Adrian and his crew ruined is pretty sad.
