+ -1 moreThe 3 guys who did the actual work were great guys. Owner never told them what was to be trimmed. Guys worked overtime to finish job and relayed to me that they weren't getting paid after 2pm as Mike had called and told them they should have been already. When I said there was supposed to be a bucket truck they said the truck is in the shop and had been for about a week. We feel Mike lied just to sign up a paying job, regardless of what he tells the prospective client. Hook, line and sinker.
Description of Work: Large tree to be trimmed in canopy. Tree now has no canopy. Told to pay 1/2 now, 1/2 in 30 days. Second half payment submitted before thirty days. We were told bucket truck would be used due to height of tree, no bucket truck ever showed up. Three great guys worked very hard to climb and trim tree. Ad stated owner to be on job, owner did not come to job until I stated I wanted further estimates as I felt he was expensive. He showed up, dropped price 100.00 and then left. I don't want employees to get in trouble because they did the best with what they had. Owner Mike is a hustler, seems to just want the money. When we found he had submitted payment before the thirty days we called to speak with him as to why he didn't follow through with his own terms. We are still, 3 1/2 weeks later, waiting for him to return call. We don't expect to ever hear from him, nor do expect to use his service again.
