 + 0 moreThe service person arrived on time and ready to work. Did a great job, was very detail-oriented and thorough. He was even able to remove a stain that had been in the carpet for more than three years, a stain others weren't able to get out! He was very pleasant and answered all my questions. He did a great job and I will use the service again. Another plus, his equipment was a lot less noisy as other carpet cleaning services.

 + -1 moreHe was on time and went right to work. We were selling my mother's house and wanted carpet she had installed over 30 years ago shampooed. There was even carpet in the kitchen and service porch area. The carpet was pretty black under where the refrigerator had been. He was able to get all that dirt off! Carpet looked great and smelled fresh. He advised us the best way to have it dry quickly, by leaving the AC on. Who knew? It really wasn't wet but it was completely dry by that evening. Nice guy and would highly recommend.

Communication, appointment setting, estimates, punctuality, and professionalism were all perfect. He did an excellent job and was easy to talk with. He also got along with our dog very well. There is an additional charge to have the rotary jet machine used in high traffic areas and the cost was quoted before starting any work and it is SO WORTH IT !!!!! We saw the rotary jet extractor on their web site and it does make a significant difference in the cleaning job. Our carpet was nowhere near as dirty as the client in the video, but having it done made this last cleaning job our best in the last 10 years.
