It went very very well. Very professional and timely.

All Work was done to my satisfaction and very close to scheduled timeline. All the workers were clean, friendly, and professional. I could not ask for anything better. Donovan Adrian wants everything to be done perfectly and it was great to work with him. He was able to get the electricians,dry wall, and painter scheduled in a timely manner to get the job done right and quick.

Donovan patiently helped us through the process of designing the renovation for our kitchen, master bedroom, 1/2 bathroom , guest bathroom and painting of the interior house. When he started the project he brought in a crew of guys who were competent and friendly, helpful in many ways. When issues arose Donovan addressed them in a way that met our expectations. After the project was over Donovan has stood by his work fixing some minor issues in a timely manner. We are very pleased to have used Adrian Construction.

I did most of the demolition but they did have to demo my floors and replace some bad wood and also fix some plumbing in my kitchen. They did drywall, paint, floors, counter tops, electrical and cabinets. I informed them that I do not like being surprised with cost without informing me so the small errors that they ran into that required additional cost was communicated right away. They also finished construction a week earlier than estimated which helped me out a lot especially only having one bathroom. They did not remodel my shower, that will come later, but they resurfaced the walls, updated the electrical and installed new cabinets and counter top in the bathroom. All in all I was happy.

The project hasn't begun yet, but I will be happy to use Adrian Construction in my future plans

Went very well, the day they started it reached 108. They started on time and were very respectful of my home, left everything very clean. They even removed some trash I had from the demo of the old vanity when they left. Great job.

Two young guys arrived on tues morning (the temp reached 108) and started by removing and replacing the water shutoff valves, next was removing the old plywood subfloor which was very difficult to remove. Then they put down a subfloor that can be tiled on, the next thing was starting to map out the floor design and start the cuts. Arrived early the next day and almost got the floor completed, on Thursday they finished the floor and grouted it, then installed the vanity and sinks and top, then the connection and plumbing was finished and they were out by about 4pm. They took great care not to get anything dirty and cleaned everything up before they left. two very nice guys. The owner and his partner made several stops to make sure everything was going well.

Very professional, everyone was very nice. They will definitely charge you for every little thing, but I would call again if I needed another service.

Had an exterior wall damaged with dry rot and drywall damaged by old AC. Donovan was prompt with the estimate that fully detailed the scope of work, materials and costs. I was warned in advance that once the wall was opened there could be more damage that would required additional costs. (there was, no surprise to me) I was also promised that the wall would be closed and the AC installed on the first day. Workers were prompt, cheerful, professional and very tidy. Area was spotless when they left. Second day drywall was finished and facing replaced, sealed and painted. The exterior was also painted Again, prompt, professional and not a speck of mess. Third day was interior painting. The work was excellent and actually a bit cheaper than my own guestimate. Very clean workspace which is important with small children in the house. Will hire again for any other work. Great crew.

The job went awesome. The workers were clean,efficient and professional. I was very happy with the price and the work. I will use Adrian Construction again and recommend them to my friends.

Adrian construction provided a reasonable estimate for the work we wanted done. They started and completed the job as promised. They cleaned up after themselves when finished for the day. They did excellent work. There were no problems nor complaints. Mike, Josh, Jake, Curtis, Jason, and Donavon Adrian were on the job. All of Adrian's employees were polite and considerate. We wish we had known about them before.

Donovan Adrian, owner, his project manager, Jason and the whole crew always showed up on time, were professional, friendly and their quality of work is excellent. Donovan and Jason kept in touch everyday and sometimes twice in one day depending on the goals for that day. Again, the quality of work is excellent and their communication skills are the best I have ever encountered! They were very helpful in making decisions about the new design of the bathroom and always available to answer my questions. They will be completing phase 2 of construction to remove and replace all the dirt in my brick planter which runs the length of the front of my house and is about 3' high. There have been water and termite problems due to the planter that caused damage in my living room walls (the inside walls of the planter). Donovan will also rebuild planter walls on existing planter, repair back wall of planter, seal it and install new stucco above planter and all the materials that requires. I am having his company complete this work because of the excellent and timely completion of the previous jobs. I am sure the quality of the work on my planter will be as excellent as the above repairs already completed. I will write a further review upon the completion of phase 2. I recommend Adrian Construction without reservation.

The provider was very professional and responded quickly. However, the bid came in above what we were willing to spend.

AC met or exceeded all our expectations in this almost month long process. All of the AC team was professional, courteous and extremely skilled in their trade. They kept us informed and updated along the way, there was no confusion in the schedule and they kept the house and the projects clean. During the project we felt so secure with AC and their work that we left for vacation for a week toward the completion of the project and all was exactly was we expected when we got back home. The overall cost was on the higher end but you get what you pay for and we could not be more pleased. We highly recommend Adrian Construction and when another project is needed at our house we will be calling Donovan at AC.

He measured the existing windows and removed the old windows and replaced them with the new ones. Our rental is a cinder block home which makes the job a little more difficult. He was prompt and finished the job in just a couple days. Sealed the windows and did touch up painting. They worked well with our renter and were very professional and did a fabulous job! The windows look beautiful. Our renter has already commented that there is no draft and they love being able to open the windows and enjoy the fresh air. I would recommend them for any job you are looking forward to doing! Thank you Adrian Construction for another job well done!

We are very pleased with the work we had done by Donavan and his crew. I felt very comfortable with his guys and that's very important to me. They were professional and very serious about making sure their work is perfect. Even things I thought looked fine they were touching up and making perfect. Our home is an older home and it feels so much newer with the new paint and the doors made such a difference. We are very happy. Another thing I was happy about was how clean they were, they had every inch of our floors covered while painting, and when it was time for the doors they cleaned up at the end of each day, used a little shop vac and vacuumed any dust from sanding. They wiped down counters. I was just kinda surprised by that! Awesome! I'm sure we could have gotten the work done a little cheaper, but it wouldn't have been as nice and I'm willing to pay more to feel comfortable with several guys in my house while I'm home with my kids.

Donovan did an awesome job. He worked with us. We were concern with visitors arriving it would not be done in time. Donovan worked with our schedule. Donovan was honest about the timeframe to complete this small project. Donovan shared all concerns on the work, his staff worked quickly and efficiently. He checked the water leakage, and window, and found the problem. There was no internal water damage. The tile on the bathroom wall was approximately six years old, and we could not find the same tile. Donovan offered a solution, and we found a tile similar to the tile on the bathroom wall. Now, you cannot tell the difference. The stucco crew were very quick, and the area was cleaned and painted.

Excellent job. When Donovan realized the home needed more pressure washing than he anticipated, he took the time and did it anyway with out an additional charge. His crew did a professional job, asked questions about anything they weren't sure of, and took care to make sure everything was in order before they called the job done. My house looks amazing.

They did a great job! Had a little trouble getting them here in the beginning, but they're busy! I thought the finished work was well done - there were a few paint nicks that were left undone, and my door sticks now, because my wood floor is higher than the carpet used to be. Overall, very happy with Adrian Construction, and I would hire them again.

Donovan came early morning to accommodate my needing the work done asap. He did a beautiful job cutting the counter top and did it fairly quickly. He brought everything necessary to get the job done and cleaned up everything before he left. He is very professional and he seems like a good and honest person. I would definitely refer him and have hired him/his company to do some interior painting for me as well.

Donovan and his crew did everything they could to insure that I would not have any future problems with these soffits. They went beyond what anyone could expect, including finding ways to prevent wasps from entering the home. Since I am severely allergic, this was a major problem for me, and they sealed every possible crack and crevice. Whereever possible Donovan suggested less expensive alternatives for construction. All along the way he explained everything he did, and why. I trust his work. I trust his integrity.

The job went very well. Donovan has impressive and prompt communication skills and really stands behind the quality of his work. His painter left the job before completion and not only did he call me to let me know that very afternoon, he made sure to go back and fix any shortcomings that the painter had in the unfinished work. Upon completion, I had a few areas that I needed Donovan to come back and complete before deeming the job finished and he was out there the morning of the next business day and was very apologetic and sincere with making sure that I was a satisfied customer. I would absolutely recommend Adrian Construction to others and would absolutely work with them again in the future.

Adrian Construction remodeled our kitchen last year. When we decided to remodel the laundry room as well this was the only company we contacted. In this remodel we took out a half bath that was never used and moved the washer & dryer to that space. We also added a large pantry, removed the old cabinets that were over the washer & dryer & replaced them as well as adding a granite counter top and cabinets under the counter top. We were able to reuse the utility sink which Donovan Adrian reconditioned and added a new faucet. We also removed the old cabinet under the sink & replaced it with a new one. Adrian Construction also replace the old linoleum with new laminate flooring that matches our dining room & kitchen. The cabinets and granite counter top also match the kitchen. We also had to move the fan in the laundry room into the old half bath. Donovan Adrian always lets you know what is going to happen in the next day, week. He is always checking on the work done by his employees. With the flooring he makes sure every board lines up so the effect is even, (I think he uses a ruler to make sure each board is half way up from the one next to it). The flow is perfect. We also had Adrian Construction replace the old fan in our bathroom with a new one. The old one had caught fire as I was taking a shower so I was a little concerned having a new one done. this one is so much nicer and it is totally encased to keep from having moisture seep in. I would and have recommended Adrian Construction to anyone interested in small or large remodels as well as any repairs needed (we even have a stack of his business cards so we can give them to anyone interested). Donovan is able to do so much & will find someone if he can't do it. We even had a problem with our door handle for the front door & one day it was fixed. His employee had taken a moment to fix it without being asked. What service.

House was filthy and had to cleaned prior to painting. Both bathrooms had to be gutted and have new fixtures. Doors had to be replaced. and all flooring had to be removed and replaced. Many small handyman jobs were done and done well. As the work went along I kept adding things and he was so patient and accommodating. He coordinated well with other tradesmen and suppliers. There were mold and asbestos issues. Whatever needs to be done he does it pleasantly. He is very detail oriented and makes sure that all jobs are done correctly. He is very good at communication and makes sure that you know what he is going to be doing tomorrow and the next day, etc. If you are telling him things you want done he is making a list. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Worker employed by Adrian Construction performed all services satisfactorily, spending most of the day. When one of the fixtures in the garage didn't perform adequately (buzzing and flickering), he removed it, exchanged it, and installed a new one.
