They were professional and thorough with their bid and I would consider them if we had another renovation job to do.

This project went great. Day 1, old fence removed and hauled off. Days 2 and 3, post holes dug and new posts set in concrete. Days 4 and 5 new fence girts and pickets installed and jobsite clean-up. Project went smooth. Crew was one time and very professional. We are very happy with the new fence and gates.

From the first quote until completion, all was flawless. Extreme attention to detail and neatness. Owner keep us informed every day on schedule for other subs, ie, stucco, electrical, etc. A very professional job. You can not tell that the door was not part of original home construction.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the quality of work completed by Adrian Construction. My husband and I are very particular, and since we were spending a fair amount of money, we wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Donovan stayed in constant contact with us and we texted/called regularly about our concerns to which he responded quickly and efficiently, and in some cases, had workers to our home within the hour to resolve an issue. Donovan and his team are focused on customer satisfaction. All the workers were exceptionally nice, professional, and easy to have in our home. Kevin and Mike (workers) were especially focused on making sure we were happy, consulting us on several things and getting our input prior to completing the work. Tim (electrical) was also very supportive and accommodating in hanging the chandeliers and fan. Rob and Tom (staircase and custom cabinet) did a great job as well replacing the staircase and creating a custom cabinet that met and exceeded our expectations. All of Donovan's direct employees dressed professionally with company shirts and hats displaying the Adrian Construction logo. Everyone that worked in the home left the area organized, vacuumed, and cleaned daily, which was much appreciated. We are thrilled with our "new look" and would use Adrian Construction again without hesitation.

They were by far the most honest, hard working, and professionals we have worked with. The owner was out a few times to check. Always called back right away and had the project completed earlier than expected.

A few problems encountered with this job in the beginning around communication and window sizes however, Donovan made everything right and work was completed to our satisfaction. The work performed by Mike, Jake, Nate and Tim was excellent and they were all very pleasant while at our home and cleaned up after themselves every day. Poor workmanship on existing window frames presented a challenge with new replacement fit however, Mike went over and above to ensure new windows fit flush to the house and they look great. Looking forward to working with everyone again on my next project.

They employed were polite and showed up on time. The owner kept me informed of the schedule. Whenever I contacted him he would call or email me back the same day. The did a great job I would definitely hire Adrian construction again

Donovan worked with us on selecting the perfect granite countertops and backsplash. He guided us through each step and met us at the different suppliers to choose the materials. All of his suppliers had positive things to say about his company. His crew was very mindful of the dust and any other messes that were part of the job. Each day they left our house in good condition. Excellent job from start to finish.

They arrived promptly. They were professional and courteous. They listened to me and offered advice. They cleaned up afterwards. I would use them again and refer them to others.

Donovan asked me to send him pictures of my layout. I sent him the pictures he requested. Waited and waited text him several times. I was first told that he was really busy and could not get to my quote & to be patient and he would get me a quote as soon as he became available. Waited some more contacted him again just to be told that he had some issues going on and would not be able to get to my quote. I tired to be understanding. This started before Jan 28th. On March 2nd I finally gave up.

Adrian personally called me and offered to come out and give me a free estimate. Will take him up on the offer.

All's well that ends well. A few problems were encountered but all was made right. Adrian Construction, at all times. , was intent upon finishing the job to our satisfaction. Great communication, guys showed up as scheduled , and left after cleanup was done. Wont hesitate to call Adrian Construction again for any future projects. Yes, I recommend Adrian Construction.

They never returned the calls

Beautiful finish. Tile work in shower came out really nice. Bathroom looks awesome. I can't wait to remodel other parts of the house. The team worked well.

The owner, Donovan Adrian, was very good about following through on phone calls and appointment times. the men doing the dry walling were punctual (they called ahead of time to let me know that they were on their way) and got the job done quickly. The end result was an excellent patch job. The dry wall and texture blend in perfectly with the ceiling.

This is the second time i have used Donovan(also a bathroom remodel) and have been as pleased with the this job as the last. He has a couple of guys Michael and Justin that are a joy to have in your home and give the most respect to your home. i have also recommended to my sister to have her kitchen and bathroom remodeled.

Very professional and friendly. Provided well written contract, appeared on time, and always cleaned up after themselves. They did a beautiful job and I'm very happy with it
