+ -1 moreI never got a call back from Action Appliance Svc. Left a voice message explaining the service I needed and asking someone to call back. It has been 24 hours and still no call back, I ended up going elsewhere for service since I needed help fast. I understand they might be busy, but I can't imagine they don't have someone in the office taking phone calls and scheduling service appointments.
Description of Work: I needed service for a Samsung dryer, it would not start and was alerting to clean the filter. Filter was already cleaned out but dryer was still not working.

+ -1 moreDiagnostic fee was $65.00. Labor was $90.00. I thought that was a little high since no parts were needed. However, the dishwasher runs perfectly well now and I was mistaken that it needed a new water pump. It just needed the screen to be cleaned out. I would call Perry Harrington at Action Appliance again if the unit needed repair.
Description of Work: Removed water valve, disassembled and cleaned out. Reassembled. Ran unit. Tested okay.

+ -1 moreBought appliances from Direct Appliance in Modesto - they contacted Action Appliance for the installation. Action arranged install with us and contractors renovating our kitchen. Install went exactly as planned - could not have asked for better service.
Description of Work: Installed JennAir Combo oven/ microwave, gas cooktop (converted from electric), and dishwasher for $1550 with a $300 rebate coming back.
