ACCELERATED CONCRETE CUTTING

i told the person on the phone that i needed to have a slab of concrete cut where it was poured too close to my fence. he asked how big it was, i told him it would be a straight cut of about six feet, and he laughed. he said, their lowest price was $275 for any work, but maybe i could work a deal with the owner. what on earth is THAT about? $275 would have been fine with me. at least TRY to be a professional when you answer the phone, and TRY to pretend you want to stay in business when somebody is making inquiries to have work done. don't laugh at potential customers because their work isn't big enough or important enough for your big, special, arrogant company.
